If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst service I have ever had at any store or restaurant. They have a sign that says they serve menudo on Saturday and sundays, but what it doesn't say is you have to be there before 8 in the morning to get some, they never take the sign down when their out. I have been in there and asked for some multiple times, weeks in a row mind you, and they say they are completely out but then someone walks up and asks in Spanish and guess what!? They get 3 orders of what I just got told was "completely out". Very poor service, I've seen people stand at the register waiting to order whIle the employees stand at the register and have full conversations without acknowledging the customer until their done talking with eachother. The food can be really good but in my opinion it's not worth the trouble of dealing with extremely rude and ridiculous service. I've called and asked for a manager just to ask when a better time to come in would be and I either get hung up on or they refuse to give me any info or speak to a manager, very odd. I would give 5 stars if the service wasn't the worst...

So we work at a company down the street. We have over 1000 employees whom order from los favs considering their food has always been good. Unfortunately you have lost our business and will be spreading the word on our past experience. Considering we have been ordering from you guys for years and you prob make over $1000/M just from us alone I can guarantee you we will NEVER be ordering from here again and will do everything we can to make sure none of our friends/family do as well. You have messed up our order the past 3 times..... Such as forgetting food we PAID for. You would rather decline giving us a free buritto (YOU SAID YOU WOULD OVER THE PHONE) and lose our business is totally fine with me. The manager I spoke to acted like he could care less. I ordered a breakfast bacon burrito what I got after calling to ask what it was is a Machaca which has onion (cannot eat allergic) tomato and peppers. I told the girl what I got, she did not care she just kept saying it's ok it's ok. mo it's not ok I ordered and paid for a bacon breakfast burrito but not what I got so why is that ok. She was rude was talking to someone else so not even sure she could tell you what I told her, all she could say was it's ok, so she either wasn't listening or just doesn't care. This place used to be the best but this lady is driving it into the ground and driving people away. My daughter and I came in we bought 8 burritos between the two of us, she was taking 6 back to WA with her for the freezer so they would have them, now she is wondering what she will find when she opens them. Sad to say had she just apologized I would not be as upset but she instead decided it would be...
