Not long ago, I wrote a review regarding this Denny's. I commented on how great Domingo and Joe were, but was disappointed in the lack of employees for the amount of customers. I have since deleted my previous posts as things have changed now, for the better. I was very disappointed that Denny's could not keep this restaurant staffed, leaving Domingo to do everything by himself. Greeting, answering phones, taking orders, bussing, cashier, etc. Joe came out many times from the back to help with bussing. Since then, things have started to finally turn around. Cheryl has now joined the team, and it is a pleasure to walk in and see her smiling face each week. She is very friendly, outgoing, and a great asset to the company. Although we have not seen her since her return, we are super pleased that Dallas is back. Domingo, Miguel, and Joe are also still just as great as they have been since we started going there. Domingo is very professional and takes pride in his work. He has proven himself to be a very valued employee every time. Miguel always cooks everything as requested, and the food is delicious. Joe starts his shift shortly after we arrive, and he is always very friendly when he walks in. And I really like when Domingo and Joe quietly sing along with the music while they work. :) It shows they are happy with what they are doing, and happy to be there. Read moreI went to this Denny’s on Tuesday the 23rd at 9:51 PM for a pickup order, and the experience was really disappointing. The man working that night purposely ignored us when we first walked in, even though he clearly saw us standing there. After a while, he finally said, “let’s get you situated, where would you like to sit?” but never greeted us with even a simple “hi” or acknowledgment.
When we told him we had an online pickup order, instead of just handling it, he told us, “next time you come in, remember pickup orders are at the bar” — said in a way that felt dismissive, as if we should’ve already known that. To make things worse, he placed our pickup bag in the middle of a group of people sitting at the bar, making it really inconvenient to grab. On top of that, he had us sign for the check right there in between customers, which was awkward and uncomfortable.
Overall, the service felt rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. A little courtesy and clear direction would have gone a long way in making this a...

The server assured me this wouldn't be a problem took my order she brought me has has browns and eggs not what I ordered they then proceeded to argue with me and told me they could not do that at this location. As if that wasn't enough the proceeded to talk about it amongst themselves and I overheard the manager say we're just servers to the employee the customer doesn't get what they ordered gets lied to and the staff doesn't care.
