Manager is a All-Star. He took care of me. I ordered two extra Large pizzas online, selected my store in Chandler, etc. etc. Paid, and watched the, order started, prepared, in oven, quality check, It's Ready, all through the tracker, perfect right. Get to the Chandler store, my order isn't there, even thou the tracker says it was and a saw the progression in the tracker. Manger did look into it, and he told me my order was at the Gentry store despite saying it was at chandler. I told the manager well I ordered here, because I don't want to go to gentry. The manger says he didn't know why the online order went there, except, his location doesn't make the Xtra Large pizzas. That must be why it went there. I asked him to cancel the order, he said I'd have to call Gentry store to cancel. He then asked if he could make my order here in chandler, but Large instead of Xtra large. I said well it Xtra Large costs more than a Large, he said, yeah, I'm not charging you, it was our mistake. I agreed, to wait for the Large pizzas, and he insisted I still call to cancel the order at Gentry store, despite it being ready for pick up. I tried to tell Gentry about why I was cancelling and the mix-up on the online order. They didn't want any reason at all, Name, ----- Ok it's canceled.... Hours later - Still no refund... Maybe it...
Read moreThe first time I tried to order, the phone rang for 30mins, literally. No answer. The second time I tried to order, my pizza sat at the store for a hour. I had to call to see where my food was. I was told the delivery girl didn't realize she had a delivery order. They said she'd be on her way now, and I told them to keep it, because I dont want any cold pizza. I asked who the manager was, and who the store owner was, snd for their contact info. Out of FOUR people that I spoke to on the phone, only one person acted like they cared. The employees acted like they didn't want to give me the info, but finally did. I sent an email to the manager and to corporate office. The manager, Alixandra, emailed me back and apologized. She offered to reimburse me, and to give me a $50 credit. At the time, I declined the $50 free credit, but she insisted. After declining again, she said that if I ever change my mind, to let her know. I never did get my refund, and when I finally did email her about using the $50 credit, I never heard back. I wish I had four hands, so I could give this store 4...
Read moreThe manager here is amazing, she listened and works hard for her customers. I would give them five stars but we have a weird pizza that we order fully customized, and we get it wrong a little more than sometimes. The problem is we order in every week. And unless we check it before we leave and have it corrected, we are stuck eating the wrong pizza. After the pizza was wrong a few times I finally called. The manager was great and took care of it. The next few times it was great. Then it was missing this or that. Then I started checking before I left the store. Well a couple weeks ago, we had a friend pick it up on our way over, well that pizza was all sorts of wrong. I called the store and the manager listened abd took care of it for us. This past week she made our pizza personally and it was perfect, better than perfect it was probably the best I had ever had it. We order there every week.
