Here's the deal. I don't write reviews because I want free stuff and I'm very patient before I feel it necessary to write a negative review. But if you are somebody that likes your morning coffee in a very particular manner this just simply isn't the location for you. The first picture shown below was taken this morning at this location. Every morning before work I order a large cold brew with 1 cream, 1 sugar, and 2 pumpkin(Basic B I know). But I order it like that for 2 reasons. One, I like the taste of the coffee And two, like many other people a ton of coffee Creamer doesn't sit very well.. Every morning that I stop by the location near my home my order comes out screwed up. Always having way more creamer then I ask for. So much so, creamer is all I taste and it awful. Now you'll notice a second picture of a different cup of coffee. No.. I did not ask for them to remake my coffee. What I decided to do was stop by a different location near my work in North Scottsdale and order the exact same thing. Notice there 2 major differences between the 2 pictures.. The color difference is night and day. The original cup has so much Creamer it's virtually white. While the 2nd cup is much more brown in color from the coffee. And you should be able to easily notice the other major difference.. The location that knows what they're doing actually writes on the cup exactly what I want that way it ensures the person making the order gets it right to first time! If anyone in North Scottdale sees this, go to store 348404 off of raintree and the 101. They know what they are doing. Anyone in the south Chandler area.. Avoid store 349739 off McQueen and Riggs like the plague. I'm done...

I walk in the door, there are 2 cars in drive thru and 2 people working on their orders... I am the only person in the lobby, and I am standing there for a few minutes without an acknowledgement, Not even a look and greet.
About 2 minutes pass and a different employee is leaving to go home, walks right past me completely ignoring me, not even to say "they will be with you in a minute" or even acknowledging me. It was as if she was trying to ignore me... I'm starting to think I have a new Invisible Super Power!
After 1-2 more minutes I am finally told that "we will be with you in a moment"... Approx 3-4 minutes of standing there, the only person in the lobby!!! The employee takes my order (which was extremely quick) and says he has to go to the back and ask what the code is....?????? So there was more people in the back and I stood up front waiting for service, waiting for an acknowledgment when there was other people to help! If your overwhelmed ask for HELP! But bottom line is ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
I would have ordered more items but the service was so lousy that I was disgusted. If I didn't promise my little one a doughnut I would have walked out!
Again, having worked in customer service, the first thing they tell you is to ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Even if you are leaving greet them! Tell them we will be with you in a second! And ask for help!

   Read moreTo be honest I do not write reviews on places often, if ever at all. But this location is almost ridiculous. This is the only drive thru between my house and the freeway, so for rushed mornings this is the only convenient place for me to grab a quick breakfast. I go through this drive though about 5x a week.. and order the exact same thing every morning. Medium iced coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Total comes out to right around $8. It seems every other week the people working at this location get my order wrong. Instead of a croissant they give a bagel or an English muffin (and in my opinion both of those options are so bland they are inedible). For a FIVE dollar breakfast sandwich... I would expect them to get it right, especially since there are only about five options of sandwiches on the menu. I have mentioned this to the employees and still nothing has changed.
After this morning I’ve decided I will not be attending this location anymore. I am not here to get free things, I am simply writing this review to wake up the owner on the customer service they are lacking. Which is also very evident from other reviews I have read about this location. Coming from a customer you are losing who annually spends around $420 at this location, I hope that’s enough for you to finally do something about it.
Also, what’s up with taking all the good breakfast sandwiches off the menu? First the link sausage and now the big n toasted?! Come on guys... going way...
