Living Room Wine Cafe & Lounge — Restaurant in Chandler

I left a review before. I would like to retract my positive thoughts. Not sure what is happening to the living room either under New Management or ownership. But the changes that have been made in regards to entertainment and the menu are atrocious I will have to say our waitress. Zoe was and always will be impeccable but the venue has changed tonight. Was horrendous. The music was awful and the atmosphere has completely changed. I don't think that I'll be going back. And after being a patron for several months every week, I was completely disappointed by all the changes I believe whomever it is that's making these decisions needs to reconsider and go back to where it was fun and an interesting place to go. The entertainment Tonight was horrible, The person that was supposed to be there this evening was not all the advertising was incorrect. You could see the changes that have been implemented have impacted the entire atmosphere And not in a good way. I was completely disappointed. The first thing that threw me off was the tap water they served in a glass milk jug (cute). It was room temp and no ice in the glass they gave me. Asked for ice so not really a big deal. I ordered the steak tacos with street corn salad and dirty rice. The tacos were dry and chewy. The pickled veggies on it were good. The street corn salad tasted like just straight mayo. There appeared to be other finely diced veggies but I couldn't taste them and the place was so dark I couldn't tell. The dirty rice was very overcooked, my husband could tell just by looking at it. My husband said his steak was fine, but also chewy. Said it wasn't worth the price. The place was pretty dead when we got there but I assumed it was because it was late, sadly I now see why. I was only in town for the week but I will not go...

Monday at 1:30pm there was no body there. The variety of seating indoor and outdoor was amazing. The waitress attentive and order taken quickly. However my spouse ordered a pizza but it was not prepared with my order and it arrived 15 mins after my food. My half a sandwich was ordered with no cheese and came with cheese. The wrong salad was paired with my order but it was still good. The waitress was very apologetic at all the mess ups and comped our pizza and one of the drinks my spouse ordered. We finished our meals and sat outside on the couches for a while before leaving. Great atmosphere. Lots of open air and fans and a/c even though it wasn’t needed. Bathrooms large and clean....
