McDonald's — Restaurant in Chandler

I have been here over 20 times already and my orders, in most cases, are wrong. I order the way it’s made and never make it difficult but still seems to be wrong. I have had on several occasions half the nuggets dry and stale tasting and the other half fresh (concerning). I’ve had a double quarter pounder with three slices of bread and one piece of meat, several occasions had slightly heat lamp warm French fries that were stale, no straws given to me several times, quarter pounder with atleast 8 pickles on it, Big Mac that someone decided to pump 15 or 20 pumps of thousand island dressing in making it impossible to eat. Having to repeat my order 3 or 4 times because of employees playing around or on their cell phones. Seems every time I go there even when nobody is behind me they want me to pull to the third window because they are waiting on fries only to be given stale fries. From what I understand they are timed and sending people to the third window or the parking spots gets them off the clock. If that’s the case shame on management for allowing this to happen as well as teaching young new workers to cheat your way through life. Speaking of management I have called 5 times to speak with a manager and all she ever says is come up here and I will give you warm fries or I will fix your order. This doesn’t cut it. Most people around here don’t live next door and you want us to come back and wait back in the drive thru line again just so you can give me what I originally paid for in the first place with making up for the time that most of us don’t have anymore because we work or have families and you ask for a future credit because I don’t feel like driving 15 minutes (30 round trip) and waste my fuel and you tell me you can’t do that and you don’t have authorization to do it and you’re a manager ? So I ask for her manager and she is never in and guess what NEVER CALLS BACK. So this McDonald’s has a manager that can’t make manager decisions? Weird! I was very excited to finally get a McDonald’s in Chandler because I’ve been going to McDonald’s my entire life of 47 years. I have been to McDonald’s all over the world, I ate at the first McDonald’s ever built as a kid all the time which is now a wax museum. This is literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Yeah even the McDonald’s in Switzerland where they charge for ketchup is better than chandler McDonald’s , the McDonald’s in playa del Carmen on 5th Avenue that you had to learn Spanish at in order to order is better than chandler McDonald’s , the McDonald’s in Las Vegas that had homeless people laying on the tables is better than chandler McDonald’s , the McDonald’s in Chicago across the street from the grey hound station where most likely 50% of their customers get mugged in the way out is better than chandler McDonald’s. Well I guess y’all get the point. Let me guess....covid did it. Done! As you can see though not one reply from the manager that can’t do anything on any of these reviews . Seems to be the norm now with a lot of big business now and my money will no longer go to businesses that don’t take care of...

Shop Local ... unless it's this McDonald's. Look, I have a LOT of patience with local places (unlike my hubby). But I'm done trying to support this local McDonald's. This morning was the 3rd time we tried to get a breakfast sandwich from here in the last few months and were super disappointed in the quality once more. (yes, I did reviews from the previous receipts; obviously to no avail) I was prepared today though. We arrived with enough time for me to run inside if the food was subpar just incase. The thought was I'd get better service inside if we had a problem and I could try to point out to them that they needed to pay attention to what they were serving. As we feared, we went through the drive-through and one of the sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin's was super hard ... again (the last time the muffin was literally uneatable it was so hard. I couldn't even bite into it and had to eat the egg, cheese and sausage without it). So, hubby pulled up, I went inside and showed the counter person the difference between the two sandwiches. See, one's super soft and the other is hard as a rock. She took the hard one and came back with one that she was sure was not overcooked. Huh. Guess I should have opened it and checked it myself. Can ANYONE tell me how you serve this to people? Somebody had to wrap this sandwich and see it was burnt. Where is the quality control? Don't waste your time and money trying to keep this local in business folks. After reading the reviews from a year ago, I see they aren't interested in correcting their issues. And let's talk about the math genius on the register. Our bill was $11.77. We gave them $21.77 since we didn't have a ten. He tried to give us back $9, struggled to understand the error and still gave us back $10 because we told him what it...

I went to McDonald's in Chandler and ordered a big mac meal and a four piece chicken nugget happy meal. At the window I was told to park in the mobile 1 parking space to wait for my order. I waited for 30 minutes, my simple order finally arrived. I went home only to discover that the chicken nuggets had sliced cheese and bacon on them (granddaughter would not eat them). My big mac was not a big mac, but a double cheese burger with special sauce. I called and spoke with the manager who told me to come any time and they would fix my order at no cost. One week later I returned to the Chandler McDonald's. They had my information and told me to wait at the 3rd window. I arrived at 8:07pm. After sitting at the window someone finally came to the window and said are you waiting on an order. I had already given my order to two other employees prior to this one. The employee said well let me write down your order this time! So I tell him my order yet again. After 56 minutes of waiting my order finally arrived. He wrote it down should be right huh!! Nope!! Yet again my order was wrong!! This time my big mac had no cheese. Really the big mac the most popular burger on the menu is super difficult for the McDonald's employees to make. How hard is it?
