Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chandler

I would give zero stars if i could. I ordered $65 worth of food to feed our family of 6 at 6pm. it said it would take 30 minutes to deliver.. so around 6:50 I call the store and they don't have an order under my name, or my phone number so i offer to give my order number because i did it online. He asks for my phone number again and magically finds it now. He said are you sure you didn't get your order? its been dispatched... yes i'm sure he can hear my kids in the background whining they are hungry and my husband is sitting outside waiting on the delivery person. He then puts me on hold for 10+ minutes and says he doesn't know what happened to my order and he can make it again so another 30 minute wait... pizza finally came around 7:45. wont be ordering...

I have to say this location used to not be good and the food was terrible so we stopped going for a couple years. Recently we gave them a try again and I was shocked. The food has improved drastically in taste and presentation. The pizzas look amazing almost as good as the commercial shows them. Perfectly placed toppings and not skimpy with the ingredients. We ordered a second time the following week and the same thing, great looking pizzas and delivered very hot! I rarely say this but it was money well spent and we will be ordering from this location again. Kudos to the management and team at this store things have changed for the better and I highly recommend you...

I wanted my order @ 7:45 pm so i called the store @ 1:30 and placed my order (with a very nice young lady that asked all the right questions. Verified the order twice. And assured me it would be on time). Ordered 3 big dinner boxes, 84 dollars my food is late more then a half hour when i called i am told they burned a pizza and as the make another one my order is waiting. Get my order 45 minutes late and the rest is cold NO Marinaris sauce for the bread sticks and i bought extra and the bbq wings have about 2 drop of sauce on them. When i called back the manager said sorry but mistake happen what do you want me to do about it nowDONT BUY...
