If I could give it a -star I would. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a credit refund for this horrible service I received. My food was packed in a hurry and smashed up in a bag which caused my whole order to be ruined. I reached out on instagram and at their physical location the owner responded a few times but then stopped responding on instagram regarding my refund. At this point I am over it. I’ve been here a few times and each time I have the service has tanked. The staff is always rude and in a hurry. Poor customer service and poor quality in food service. Not to mention I also received moldy tortillas from here. If you’re willing to drive a little further you can find good food, quality service and something worth the buck. I asked my husband to pick me up a carne asada burrito with extra rice and sour cream. He comes homes. I'm eating my burrito and theres no beans, guacamole, pico, no cheese. Only rice, carne, and sourcream.Yuck! So I had my husband go back and order it again and show them their menu online that I circled so they knew what we wanted. A loaded burrito. We paid for the second burrito which we shouldn't have to since the first order was wrong. So husband comes home. I'm eating the burrito. Dissappointed Again! Like really?????? Didnt have pico, no beans,no cheese. No sour cream. Only had carne, rice, and guacamole..... Never again! I dont understand how this was so hard to begin with. First the good..... Very friendly order taker. Clean restaurant. Good salsa. Now...the problem with the paper cups for salsa is they are half the size of a chip and you c an't dip! Crazy! I asked for a melted cheese on top of my rice and got about 10 shredded pieces cold on top of my rice. I asked for chicken tacos...did not get. The beef tacos were super dried out. Taste like the meat was cooked 2 weeks ago. I counted three strands of shredded cheese on one tasteless greasy taco. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! No tomatoes. Super expensive!!!!!!
