Worse Popeyes ever. We were in a drive through literally for 10 mins waiting to order finally when we ordered and got to the window waiting another 15 mins. The guy at the window told us the total and my mom gave him her credit card. He then closes the window and didn’t come back. Another 10 mins we waited finally some girl came to the window and gave us our drinks and food. We got distracted from the long wait we didn’t realize that he never gave my mom back her credit card. As we got ready to drive off I noticed the food was really cold freezing cold. My mom went back inside and complained they gave us warm food. The customer service was horrible. We then get home and realized that she didn’t have her credit card. We kept calling but no one would answer she checked transaction we noticed her card was not charged. We live in Maricopa so it was a 30 min drive back to Popeyes. We go inside and tell them that they never gave my mom her credit card and how horrible the service was. The guy that took my mom credit card digs in his pocket and there were multiple credit cards. I believe they are running scams I can see maybe one card was a mistake where you got side track multi tasking but he had over 5 cards which is ridiculous. He then goes in the back gives my mom free chicken because we were unsatisfied. As we were leaving my mom checks her bank account for transactions and we noticed he just recently charged it. I believe that’s what they are doing not charging and taking peoples cards and information so you don’t realize they still have you card and you can think it’s lost or misplaced. This needs to be reported as immediately and under investigation especially if it’s multiple credit cards and they should be in the back with manager or in safe not in...
Read moreWent and purchased 2 family meals, with Mac-n-Cheese and Cajun Fries, for the sides that come with it. After waiting 10-15 for them to prepare it (they advised me up front, so that part is fine), I get home, and there are no fries in the bags. I'm thinking, "Hey, this happens...". I call the location to see how we resolve this, and Trisha answers the phone. She tells me to come back and get them, and to which I tell her that it's too late for that, what else can we do... she's says "nothing" in a very defensive and condescending attitude. I then ask if, in a couple of hours, the next time I can make it back, I can come by and get refunded for the missing product that I'd purchased. She says, once again in the abovementioned attitude, "You better bring the receipt!" As if I'm trying to scam them or something... I then asked for her name, and she gave it (Trisha). I asked for her Supervisors name, and she said it was Trisha and told me that she was the supervisor. I ask again, "What's your Supervisors name?" and she said it was Maria. I asked if that's the Store Managers name or the District/Area Managers name... she said it was the Store Managers name (all whilst being obvious that she was annoyed by my requests), and then hung up the phone without confirming that our conversation was over.
Lastly, I look at the receipt, and it says that Carlos Gonzales is the General Manager......
Read moreI went into the store since I had a question about a coupon I had. The associate was doing the best he could. But the manger was so disrespectful to the two employees there. I did call customer service on my drive home because I was so appalled by my experience. He was belittling his employees in front of customers. He even slapped one employee in the back of the head. I think the manger thinks he is joking around but by the look on the employee's face it was not ok.
When I was getting my food the manger then made a comment to a young girl who walked in about "how his employees won't be able to get any work done with her looking the way she did". The poor girl looked so confused and just asked for a water cup.
The manger of the store called me back. He tried to justify his behavior by saying they were joking around. I don't think putting employees down and smacking them in the back of the head is joking. If I were those employees I would file a complaint.
My order was also completely incorrect. Ordered 3 Mac and cheese...Got fries. Ordered tenders... Got legs. Ordered spicy... Got all mild.
