Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chanhassen

Edit: I recently stopped in and the crew that was there on a Saturday had their A game on. Sandwiches were made fast and I was in and out in the normal JJs timeframe. Thanks for trying harder and doing better!

This Jimmy John's is the sloooooowest. You can call a simple order in, get there 10 minutes later and it still won't be done. High prices usually can guarantee fast service at a JJs, but not this one. These folks excel at dragging their feet or at least being hyper-inneficient. I'll give them 1 extra star for them sometimes being reasonably fast but I have to admit I stopped Buying from here and go to Subway or Milio's instead. As someone who used to work at a JJ my pet peeve is when they forget to cut the sandwich if it’s box is ✅ and when they straight up don’t include the checked items, ie: mayo packets, this is like the 7th time in a row. If you’re out of them fine but I’ve called about this before and I’m just like ugh hellooooo anyone home? Aside from that. It’s a good team, but like homies come on. Read the whole ticket.
