My son ordered a pizza for contactless delivery. The order showed completed, but there was no pizza at our address. He immediately called the location's direct line and was placed on hold. He remained on hold for over 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called myself. They answered the phone immediately. I expressed that there was no pizza at my doorstep. I was placed on a brief hold, and the delivery driver came on the line and stated she remembered the delivery. She explained that she had delivered the pizza to my doormat and proceeded to give directions to my home from the Domino's store location. She then went on to say how she knows it’s delivered to the correct address and that someone may have taken it from the front of my home and that she did not eat the pizza! I told her thank you for taking the time to explain her side of things. I called my son back and asked him to check our neighbor's address, which is one number different from ours!! And voila!
So the pizza had been indeed delivered to the wrong address. I called the dominoes back to explain everything but the young lady responsible for answering the phone kept hanging up in my face. I had to have my son call on three way to get through to speak to someone about the issue. Initially, I wanted to explain and express that the pizza was indeed delivered to the wrong address and to be careful next time, but after being mistreated and hung up on, I am now no longer going to be a customer at this Domino's location This was the last straw. I have received bad service before, cold and even burnt pizza, but I did not make a fuss because someone at Domino's usually tries to help. This time there was no help. I am disguised with the service from this location. Do yourself a favor and just order pizza elsewhere to avoid...
Read moreSo I order from this pizza place constantly — I’m basically keeping them in business. And as someone who actually respects service workers, I try to be decent. So I tell Gustavo, “Hey, I don’t have my phone for the coupons,” and he goes, “Sorry, can’t help you.” Fine. Whatever. I pay full price — no complaints.
Then he hits me with: “If you tip me, I’ll throw in some ranch.” And I’m like, cool, weird bribe, but I tip him 30% — which, let’s be honest, is worth way more than a thimble of buttermilk dressing.
So I wait for my pizza like a patient adult who believes in karma… only for Gustavo to show up, try to charge me for the ranch, and then laugh and say, “Man, I was joking. It’s in the inventory.”
Joking? No, Gustavo. You just committed condiment fraud. You extorted a tip, lied about the ranch, and broke the sacred trust between pizza man and hungry customer. And then — icing on this passive-aggressive pizza — he says, “Don’t trust Canadians.”
Buddy, I didn’t know I was entering a geopolitical debate over dipping sauce. But next time I want overpriced disappointment and a side of betrayal, I’ll just order from literally...
Read moreThis is maybe my third review ever on Google, but I really wanted to shoutout a very awesome and caring Domino’s Team Member named Mark. He is the reason why I am giving this location at C.E King a Five Star rating.
Mark goes above and beyond to deliver very exceptional Customer Service. He is very kind and he makes customer satisfaction a top priority. When I entered this establishment on today, 02/23/23, Mark greeted me immediately and by my last name. He was also extremely prompt in assisting me with my order. This further proves that Mark pays attention to detail and that he isn’t just working to make money, but to serve others and make their day!
Mark is also very patient with my requests for the team to wash their hands before making our Domino’s order and he doesn’t even get mad like so many others have. I could go on and on about how awesome Mark is, but I’ll save some for later.
Thank you so much for always going above and beyond to help your customer! May God continue to...
