I visited this location on 7/16/23 around 10:45am. I have LOW service expectations when it comes to McDonalds. However, I don’t expect to be sighed at, eyes rolled, and talked negatively about by grown women. I have ordered through the app every time to try to be less of an inconvenience to workers for nearly 2 years. I have NEVER had to stop at the first window. When I got to the second window, Ashley, sighed at me and gave me the worst attitude from a stranger that I have ever received. I myself am a manager in the food industry so I tried to empathize with her and ask what I could’ve done to make her job easier or to allow someone else to help me who will not be rude and disrespectful. She quickly turned her attitude around after a few awkward silences, eye rolls and sighs, and explained the process to me. Thank you Ashley, I don’t work at McDonalds, I don’t know how this works and if it matters that much there should be clear instructions in the app or from the person at the speaker. Then the lady who was at the first window came to the front and spoke negatively about me and all of them started saying things in Spanish… I speak very fluent Spanish…. Read moreMe and my friend went in the morning for breakfast, and we placed mobile orders for table service. I received my food fast; however, my friend waited about 10 minutes before we realized multiple people had come in, ordered, and received their food. She went to the counter to check on the food, and the service took about 5 minutes before someone helped her. Speaking to the manager, she had an attitude talking to my friend, saying her order wasn’t placed… The receipt with everything ordered was shown to her with the order number. The manager continued to tell my friend that the system wasn’t showing her order with a very nasty attitude. She made the food for my friend but got the order wrong multiple times in an annoyed mood. I corrected her mistakes because, at this point, my friend was tired of telling her the correct order. She ended up yelling at me from the kitchen!! Read more9/30 I went through the first lane in the drive through I believe her name was Bri (she was African American) the second lane orders was moving very fast which was odd after watching 4 cars go by I started to talk to the speaker “hello is anyone there” said it twice & few seconds later came a very aggressive girl I proceeded to give my order quickly due to the bad service all ready but what upset me is when I get to the window to ask for the aggressive speaker name the night manager (also African American) refused to provide a name so I could make my complaint he was using im not really sure its two girls at the window when I asked for both they names he asked me to pull to second window after paying to get my small order so I decided to just sit at the first window take a picture of all the employees that refused to provide they names and will be reaching out to someone higher expeditiously to help correct this, i avoid McDonald’s because of young sorry...
