So since I moved from my hometown to chapel hill I have ordered subway twice. I previously worked at subway in my hometown for over 2 years so I know you can mess up sometimes but the first time I ordered they didn’t toast the sub, decided to put lettuce on it instead of spinach, put extra mayo when I asked for light and they gave me the wrong kind of cookie:( and now tonight I didn’t even order a sub, I was just checking how much I had left on my gift card and then left the site but DoorDash called me saying they had a delivery for me. I got the order from the driver and it had my previous order written down perfectly on the receipt and said I paid with it from my gift cards. When I opened it, it wasn’t toasted and there were tomatoes on it. I know that they may not have a toaster but at my subway we call the customers and let them know that before hand. I also don’t know how they accidentally put lettuce and tomatoes on a sub when it’s not written on a order ticket . The manager offered to let me drive down there tonight and pick up a different sub but I do not have a car seeing as freshmen aren’t allowed one here at UNC. Read moreThe service at this Subway was superb! Kim, the manager, greated every costumer as they came in the restaurant. While she was helping the costumers she was teaching her new employee, Adarius, how to make and explain the sandwiches. She had previously explained the "new clubs" to the client in front of me. When my turn came, she explained them again. I went with one of the club's that she recommended and it was amazing/out if this world! Both Adarius and Kim made my visit go smoothly and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this Subway. On top of everything, it was a very clean place, bathrooms were tidy, and eating areas spotless. Thanks for such a great experience!
