Subway — Restaurant in Chapel Hill

This store is just atrocious, I came in today the 17th and was just flabbergasted because of the system these bunch of teenagers created. I walk inside and they're are busy but I still was not even greeted like customers are supposed to be, anyway I have a lady in front of me and she orders her two sandwiches, well I order two sandwiches as well and they got them completely mixed up because they're setting them down randomly and not keeping track. They try to give my sandwich to the lady in front multiple times, and they tried to give me another man's sandwich as well. I worked at this subway as well and it has gone down hill because when I worked there we had to wear our visors and have our hair up and off of our shoulders which this girl with black hair did not. Also no one had visors on so you don't even know their names, this young blond girl was throwing my banana peppers on my sandwich and even worse when the blond girl was getting the nasty knife water everywhere, she was just slinging the knife in the water making it splash on some people's food. Ordered 2 footlongs for pickup at 7:30. Got there to pick them up and the short young lady with glasses cut me off when I asked for my order. I got home and opened the bags and neither sandwich was made how the order was placed. My sandwich was soggy from the extreme amount of oil and vinegar that she had put on my it. There was no bacon that I had paid for. There were huge chunks of vegetables that I had not ordered on my sandwich. It was falling apart and was basically inedible. We called to get a refund and explain why we were upset and the young lady who had made our sandwiches answered and proceeded to condescend us and give us runaround answers. We were upset, but neither of us wanted to take it out on her, so it was extremely off putting and frustrating that she would speak to us in the way she did. She told us if we wanted a refund we would need to contact her manager in the morning. I hope at least her manager...

I ordered my subs on-line and couldn't be more disappointed with the way my order turned out. I ordered it curb side on-line and i was waiting outside with my child in the car and no-one came out with my order so I honked and a lady came out to all me that they don't do any curb side order at this location, well that should of been made clear on their webside. I went inside and it was so unpleasant. No one said hi, there was no warm welcome. My child's order didn't have a straw or a toy. My order did not have the chips and it was over powered with onions plus the bacon was cold and stringy. It was white bread instead of the Italian, it didn't't give us an option of getting another type bread option on-line. The on-line toast option is confusing. Six inch and foot long option...
