Aromas — Restaurant in Charles City

Had a great trio of visits here during a work trip. I don't rate many places as 5-star but I'm happy to say this was one. Staff is VERY friendly and are willing to offer suggestions and offer samples before you order to make sure you will enjoy what you buy.

Typically I take my coffee plain and tried the daily rotation of Bold and Regular blends, and both were good. Of all the surprises it was actually the Vanilla Latte which I enjoyed the most. It wasn't just a drowning of vanilla flavoring like so many places, I could taste both the coffee and the vanilla, which was great.

If you're local and just hasn't stopped in yet or traveller like me I'd suggest you drop in. I'm pretty sure you'll like what you get and if not then, in the words of the owner "Tell us. We will fix it right here and now or we can help find the right drink for you." What a...

The flat white was good, the espresso itself tastes a little over roasted, a little nutty, not as strong in terms of caffeine and flavor.

A nice selection of scones and pastries. The raspberry white chocolate scone was a bit undercooked and doughy. The menu includes smoothies and drinks for adults and kids.

Quick service.

Very spacious and great place too hang out with friends of family.

Popped in for a quick pick-me up! Had the best experience. It was definitely in the early afternoon and the rush was obviously over. The loan staff member was so kind and easy to talk to. The owners couldn’t ask for a better representative of their brand!! She even gave us advice about our home espresso endeavors. I’m absolutely returning.
