Casey's — Restaurant in Charleston

Was next in line when we were told that the clerk at the next register would get us. She was already checking people out and had 4 people in line so we had to go to the back of the line because nothing was communicated between clerks or customers about who was next and that she would be closing the register after we waited in line. From the back of the line I then see another employee walk out of the kitchen in dirty (covered in dirt) overalls and NO SHOES. She walked from the kitchen to behind the counter back to the kitchen WITHOUT shoes. Disgusting!!! Definitely won't be buying any food they make in shop again. 75% of the beverage coolers were empty as well. The customer service was absolutely terrible, at one point 3 employees were behind the register counter with a line of 5 or 6 customers and only 1 clerk...

Im thinking that all these 5 star reviews musy be paid actors, because 2 days in a row ive had to call customer service due to employees not doing their jobs and employeesstanding around while customers waited on half and half for their coffee. I told one employee that they were out of half anf half and ahe just snuffed at me and walked behind the counter and leaned on the lottery machine and started flapping her soup cooler with the other 2 girls who were working behind the counter. Yesterday they allowed the coke guy to completely block access to the cooler which is a major fire hazard. If these people dont want to do their jobs, fire them and let them sit in the unemployement line, because standing around is all they're good at. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO LEAN YOU HAVE...

I always love Casey’s but this was my first time getting a pizza from them. Everyone ignored us when we tried to get the pizza from the area we are supposed to get it. Since we could not tell anyone that we were there for pizza we told the cashier and she was like well why don’t you have it I need the bar code. I told her no one would help us and she told us we should’ve gotten it before we came up. She was very rude after that and didn’t help us with anything else /ignored us the rest of the time we were in the store still trying to get our pizza. Everyone in the kitchen would make eye contact with us and then walk away. It made things really uncomfortable and made us feel like we were in the wrong when we just paid for pizza and wanted...
