Well today is a sad day for me because I love Domino's alfredo chicken pasta well my mother called in today to have an order replaced and I was standing there when she called she told the person on the phone that it was supposed to have been thin and crispy and absolutely no mushrooms because she's allergic to mushrooms, I just called back because I went and picked it up and spoke with the general manager who then told me that my mother did not say any of that which she did cuz I was standing right next to her but even if she didn't it was supposed to be put in the profile when we called 2 weeks ago to get the order replaced because it was screwed up then. We were told that it would be put in her profile that she is allergic to mushrooms and not only that we have never once ordered anything other than thin and crispy that should be in the profile as well, unfortunately since the general manager wanted to argue Domino's will no longer get our money thank you for nothing Domino's you guys suck . Domino's is in my menu at least once if not twice a week and because you guys don't want to listen I now have to choose Papa John's or somewhere else boo boo boo start listening to your customers quit being in such a hurry just because it's Rush pay attention and you won't have to replace your orders, and Miss general manager since you wanted to argue you guys are going to lose our business for good thank you sorry not sorry...

I always do this at dominos because their pizza is always ridiculously dry.Added the 3rd pizza and somehow extra sauce was removed. Called in with a simple remake request and was told by the manager Tyriq would you like for us to remake or credit you? I said I just want them remade, wasn't asking for free food. After offering remake he then replied that it didn't say extra sauce in their system "You want me to remake them for a mistake that you made"? Although I acknowledge after checking my email that extra sauce wasn't listed it made zero sense for him to offer a remake and then say something like you want me to remake for something that was your fault. Not, may have been an app or system issue not hey no problem we'll take care of you. Bottom line if they would put adequate sauce on them to begin with a person wouldn't have to request extra! Second point, says right on the box our guarantee if you're not completely satisfied with your dominos experience we will make it right 🤔! If I would've just called and said hey my pizza didn't have enough sauce can you remake it? Either way a kid doesn't who doesn't understand customer service shouldn't be answering the phone or faking customer relations. Will never visit this location again after it...
Read moreWould give a zero if I could. Ordered at 8:10pm and used tracking. Pizza was done at 8:47pm. Waited and waited until 9:45 pm and called to ask about my order. I was told they were running behind and my order was ready to go as soon as the driver gets back. @ 10:49 I called agian and was told they were still behind and was put on hold, then I was told they delivered to me already. Why would I call and ask were my food was if I already had it. The manager Mathew or Matt started calling me a liar. So I jumped in my truck and went to the store and confronted the driver and asked it it was me he delivered to. He said no. My i.d matches my card I paid with and he still insisted someone in my hotel room got the order. I'm alone. Then the manager started getting mouthy and called 911 on me. I paciently wait for the cops cause I did nothing wrong. 4 hours of my wasted time with this domino's. When I got back to my hotel the lady at the desk said the delivery guy gave my pizza to 2 drunk guys in the elevator lobby and never went to my room on the 9th floor. So be careful when you order from this location. Delivery is a joke and manager is a little b**ch calling the cops on me cause he gave my food away. Cop said they would have done...
