2025 Review: Beer is still cold, service is still great but the food has slightly changed. The pizza - good for sharing, flavors are a tad sweet for my taste still. They no longer have a meat lovers, but the cheese pizza was still good for sharing. The wings - same price but they have scaled down. Now instead of getting a full wing, you get traditional wings. Not a bad thing, but you get 75% of the total wings for the same price. I get it - costs have gone up. I wont dock a star for that as that has hit every kind of restaurant. 2024 Review: Cold and tasty beer options. Some unique flavors that are worth a try just to day you have had them. Food: Wings - yes... get them. Both BBQ sauces are tasty! A whole order is 8 "wings". Each wing is a wing and drum, so it is actually 16 wings in a full order. You can pick two sauces with a full order, and they come loaded with sauce. Highly recommended these! 5/5 Pizza: made fresh and cooked in a fire pizza oven. The meat lovers was decent, but has room for improvement. I would try something else next time I am here. 3.5/5.

Had a great time at Edmund’s Oast Brewing in Charleston, SC. We’ve had their beers in many different places and we’re so excited to go to their flagship brewery. There was about a 30 minute wait so they had a stand outside that served three of their beers. The only thing I didn’t like is that you had to wait for a table to have all the beers on tap from the inside. I’m not sure if they’re trying to get you to order food, but that was the only thing that was frustrating. We had a few flights with different sour beers and our server was knowledgeable about all the different beers. I also ordered a strawberry froze- it was awful. It was the worst one I’ve ever probably had. They took it back and I ordered a beer. I love all of their beers and will definitely go back.

When a brewery lives by the mantra “Quality first. The rest will follow” you know you’re in for something special. Like spotting a unicorn. Or no traffic on I26.

If you hate things that are awesome and want a boring beer, you can throw a palmetto rose from just about anywhere in Charleston and hit a brewery serving up foamy hop water. However, if you want an…interesting beer, your search ends at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company.

I’ve overheard whispers in the taproom that their brewing director was once bitten by a rattlesnake, and after 5 days of excruciating pain, the snake finally died. Last year he won the Tour-de-France, but was disqualified for riding a unicycle. He has won the lifetime achievement award…twice. Sharks have a week dedicated to him. He gave his father “the talk.” He bowls overhand. Werewolves are jealous of his beard. When a tree falls in a forest and no one is there, he hears it.

If conquering beer wasn’t enough, Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co is also home to a full-service restaurant featuring a wood-fired brick oven and a Polish smokehouse. Lets be honest, if you aren’t eating food from a wood-fired brick oven, what’s the point of even eating in the first place? This kitchen puts out more magic than Hogwarts, these chefs have more fire than Eminem on a diss track, this food is more clutch than Jordan in game 7, sometimes…late at night…I find myself thinking about their Spicy Pie with it’s Calabrese, fresh mozzarella, and ghost pepper honey. I guess what I’m trying to say is, their food is good too.

Brewing director Cameron Read and his team produce beers that are interesting, complex and delicious, their recipes are creative, and the final product is so expertly made it puts them in the running against the best breweries in the US, or dare I say the world - nay, the universe.

You...

If you're feeling extra spicy, I highly recommend trying the ghost pepper pepperoni pizza. This fiery creation is not for the faint of heart, but it is a true delight for those who crave a bit of heat. The ghost pepper-infused pepperoni adds an intense, yet flavorful kick that is perfectly balanced by the rich, gooey cheese and tangy tomato sauce. Title: Fantastic Brewery Experience with Delicious Prime Rib and Superb Service!

I had the pleasure of dining at Edmunds Oast Brewery in Charleston, SC, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. Let me start by raving about the mouthwatering prime rib - it was cooked to perfection and simply melted in my mouth. The best side dish hands down were the garlic potatoes; they were flavorful and complemented the prime rib perfectly. And let's not forget about the heavenly carrot cake for dessert - it was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.

While the fried chicken was a bit on the bland side for my taste, I must say that the barbecue sauce provided a burst of flavor that truly impressed me. It added a nice kick to the dish and made up for any lack of seasoning in the chicken itself.

What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by our waiter. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was top-notch. His recommendations were spot on, and he made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a great brewery experience with delicious food and superb service, look no further than Edmunds Oast Brewery. The prime rib, garlic potatoes, and carrot cake are definite must-tries, and don't forget to try the barbecue sauce for a flavor boost. I can't wait to return and enjoy another memorable dining experience at this wonderful establishment. Highly...
