It's convenient & cheapest place I've found close by so far but has really went downhill lately unfortunately. Something is Always left out of the order or made completely wrong, & it's always just slapped together (sometimes looking like they tried to make it as messy as possible) & they don't update the Apps when they are out of stuff & count on the app to make it right, even tho if you order thru the McDonalds app it plainly states the physical restaurant is the one responsible & the one supposed to take care of it, they won't so you're just out of the $ you paid for whatever they say they are out of or don't feel like putting in your order. The other delivery apps will try to make it right a few times kind of but after a few times they act like you're in the wrong instead of looking at how many people get messed up orders from there they just look at how many times you put in for missing items. They seem to get mad when you make decent size orders, even when you give them plenty of notice before getting it. Something is Always messed up there. Like the drive thru speakers haven't been working. They're always short staffed too. Which makes sense when you get one or two good workers & work then to the bone & just let everyone else loaf all day, the good workers are going to get burnt out quick! They also pretty much always say their ice cream machine is down, sometimes it is & sometimes they just don't want to make the order for it. There have been times I've been there & it's been great tho. Just depends who is working I guess. But unfortunately turnover rate is very high especially for the good workers so you will get a couple months of good friendly service & your stuff made right then all of a sudden workers mad you're even trying to order & not paying attention to how you order your food, or caring, or maybe they purposely put stuff on food you request not to be on it I don't know, but they'll make it look messy as possible, won't even wrap it all the way, it'll look like they threw it in the bag from across the room, & part of your order you won't even get & unless you order thru UberEats or DoorDash you are not getting your money back for what you don't get. Read moreThis McDonald's, at the first window, charged me for my order. They, then, didn't even offer to give me a receipt, and sent me on to the second window to pick up my order. At the second window they informed me that the transaction didn't go through and asked me for a different card to charge the order to a second time. I hesitantly gave him a card, different than the first card I gave at the first window, then immediately checked my bank account and saw that they had already taken out the $15.00 usd for the order with the first card transaction. I informed the clerk at the second window as soon as he came back from completing the second payment on the second card, that he had charged me twice for the same order, and he asked for the receipt from the first transaction, which they never even offered to give me. I told him that I didn't have the receipt but that they could ask the clerk at the first window to confirm the first approved transaction. The clerk at the second window rudely replied that since I didn't have a receipt that he had to charge me again and suggested that I call my bank and complain to them about the double transaction. I replied that it wasn't the bank's fault or my fault that they;
#1 Hadn't given me a receipt for the transaction of the first payment, but also #2 Had charged me twice for the same order, and then #3 That they were rude about the whole situation.

Read moreNever coming to this location again because if i do im going postal. The service is never anything to talk about, but last night took the cake. I placed a mobile order shortly before closing. They could have either made it and had it ready, or not made it, and had my refund and an explanation as to why it wasnt prepared. Mind you, the app and mcdonalds website says theyre open 24/7, so thats why my order went thru. Reality is, they close at midnight. Upon arrival, no one greeted me at the speaker or any of the windows, even though there were employees walking around looking me in the face while i sat in the drive thru. Another lady even pulled up and spoke with a guy, and he said he said he would be back with her refund. He never came back or acknowledged me. She ended up leaving and i stayed. I sat for about 15 minutes before i left. To not want to do your job and make a simple sack of food is wild. To ignore me and not even tell me anything and watch me sit is even more wild. I know there was a manager on that shift and the fact they let that behavior slide is unacceptable. But earlier in the evening theyre asking for patience because theyre short staffed and expect ppl to care. But that same give a damn isnt applie to the customer.
