If I could give it zero stars I most definitely would. Horrible customer service. They messed 2 out of 4 of our subs by completely leaving out cheese all together. When we tried to call, their phone doesn't go through so I had to drive all the way back there to see any kind of resolution. When I get there, Seth, the gentleman who made the sandwiches, automatically begins taking the defensive as if to say there couldn't have been anything wrongā mind you, this was long before I started stating my grievancesā and began to get a very unprofessional and very disrespectful attitude towards me. He refunded the sandwiches, then proceeded to make a grand gesture of throwing them in the trash and proceeding to ignore us completely, without a single apology or at least an effort to fake concern. Later that night I returned to ask about his name so that I could report him to corporate, and the owner's brother, along with another lady in a black collared subway shirt refused to give me his last name so that I could make a formal complaint. They lied and said they couldn't remember it and didn't have access to it, despite there being an employee list or at least a schedule in store to refer to. I left my name and number and informed them that I would be back tomorrow to speak directly to the owner and that they can all count on taking this up with corporate. This is not the first time we have been disrespected and given extremely subpar costumer service. I'd suggest the Subway on the corner of Bees Ferry Rd. and Hwy 17 if you're in the mood for a foot-long. I've never had a problem once there and every time I leave I'm satisfied with spending my hard earned money at a place that understands the importance of respect...
Ā Ā Ā Read morewent through the drive through, horrible idea. the guy didn't really seem sure of the order but went ahead and made the subs. all three subs were wrong. 1st - meatball sub onions olives parmesan cheese 2nd - subway melt lettuce pickles mayo honey mustard 3rd - subway club pickles mustard
what we got i have no idea, but the meatball wasn't even in my bag.
so i went inside to get it taken care of. talked to the woman one on one so i had some faith in her that she could make the subs without me watching. so i go sit down while another young lady asked if i wanted a drink while i waited, that was nice. so i get my subs and i don't think about checking them, like i said earlier i had faith in the woman. BIG MISTAKE once again. the subs looked the they just took the meat off the old subs and put it on the new bread. HORRIBLE what we got this time was
1st meatball sub - no cheese 2nd subway melt - had lots of onions GROSS. 3rd - had lettuce in the meat and looked like they tried to wipe off the mayo from the meat.
i mean seriously how hard is it to make a sandwich? i will not be coming back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love coming here when I'm rushed for lunch, and it's always been very good -- sandwiches were great & service was excellent. Unfortunately, it must be training day or week over there bc the new folks have no clue what they're doing. There was a husband and wife who used to make all the sandwiches. Now there's a different group of people, and the sandwiches are not the same. For instance, they don't really understand what "easy on the mayo" means; they forget to ask if you want your sandwich toasted; etc. I actually tossed my sandwich after one bite at my final visit to this store. Time to find a new place for quick...
