This place is terrible. Over the last few years, I've cut out fast food due to increasing prices, lower standards in food quality, and overall poor service. This Taco Bell has always been lacking in these departments since it opened, but today was special. Today, I thought I would give this resteraunt another try on my way home from work. It's been a year since I've come through this drive thru, surely it's gotten better, right? Big mistake. The slurred speech taking my order wasn't a problem. They didn't have Pepsi. "That's fine. How about Mountain Dew?" The credit card machine doesn't work. "OK, cash work?" I get it. It's 2024. Courtesy is done and out the window. People don't say "Hello, goodbye, how are you, what would you like to order, thank you and have a great day" but for love of God please just try to speak with a little clarity when you're telling me my total. I'm watching this guy's mouth barely move while mean mugging me. I guess he thinks it's cute to make me ask him to repeat himself 4 times. Then he gets an attitude when I tell him I can't hear what he's saying. Forget any offer of sauce or "goodbye". Just bag out the window.. close the window. Like, dude, I know you're not making bank as a fast food cashier. I get that, this job is a stepping stone. Just try to have a little dignity while you work. Anyways like the ghetto service, the food was trash too. I'll save the 20 bucks next time. This was the final straw in my Baja Blast. Taco Bell...we had a good run and made a lot of memories over the last 25 years. From late night munchies to a snack after class with friends, you and your chicken quesidillas were always there for me. It's been nice knowin' ya.... Maybe one day the grey rain cloud will pass from over your neon signs and we can relive the old days of "Yo quiero Taco Bell". Who knows!

This isn’t the first time the location on Johns Island,SC has messed up my order, but this time made me the most mad. Today I ordered 4 chicken soft taco supremes and every single one had about 2 chunks of chicken on it! Not to mention the lettuce tastes old like it’s been out all day. This location is brand new and I’ve never seen an adult in the place. It’s being run by teenagers who are very polite and deserve better leadership. This place is so poorly managed, they are constantly out of products. I assume what happened today is they are running low on chicken and just decided to rip me off completely on my order instead of saying they don’t have enough chicken. This Taco Bell location is such a disappointment. Whoever owns it needs to seriously get it together!

Customer service is the poorest I’ve received in regards of doing the bare minimum. After giving my order I received zero feedback on what my total was if I was finished ordering of anything just asked what I wanted and did not give any verbal feedback to let me know she was actually even taking an order after sitting there for about 40 seconds waiting she’s just says pull up to the window. Was not friendly at the window either. I don’t expect everybody to be the happiest person ever at work but doing your job ls bare minimum would be nice.also did not cut my quesadilla as well as there being a hair on it ! . Will not return.

Like others, I wish 0 stars was an option bc they aren’t even deserving of the 1. I completely understand how hard it is to find workers so I rarely ever complain and am very understanding but this experience took it too far.

I went to Taco Bell around 3pm for 3 tacos and an order of cheesy fiesta potatoes with no sour cream. When she asks “does everything look right on the screen” I say ‘no ma’am, the potatoes are supposed to be without sour cream’ but the cashier is busy laughing and talking and says ‘pull around’. I was a little weary about whether she was preoccupied and heard me so I was sure to check the potatoes when I got the bag. Immediately I told the guy at the front it was wrong. Then I hear a woman from the back saying, “she ordered it that way” which was inaccurate but I think the guy was scared to push back. He said “just come inside” which was annoying and I thought about just leaving but was pretty annoyed that the girl in the back called me a liar. I am not a confrontational person, nor a ‘Karen’ in any sense, but I just felt I needed to say something. I went inside and the girl in the back was still pushing back saying I didn’t order it that way & I was lying to which I responded, “I said it twice!! You were busy laughing but I said it twice!” They eventually gave me the potatoes and I promptly threw them away because I didn’t trust it. It wasn’t about the potatoes, it was about the principle of calling a customer a liar when you were the one wrong the...

This restaurant is getting worse and worse all the time I was supposed to get back $2 and something odd change and them cashier at the window shorter me a dollar and I held my hand up playing his day for her to see it I asked for about 15 mile sauces I was given three miles sauces and 12 hot sauces My order was completely wrong I asked for two burrito supremes that had a taco as a combo I didn't get taco supremes I got plain old tacos and then the burrito supremes were not completed so I have been screwed before in this restaurant about three or four times I have called and turned in a complaint and the manager has refused to call me back. I have a frequent the doors or the drive through of this restaurant again especially with management refusing to call me back. Matter of fact they refuse to answer the phone when I called and they were not that busy and I had to call the store on James Island to get to manager to get in touch with the manager at the Johns Island store because the John's Island store employees would not...
