Wendy's — Restaurant in Charleston

There drive threw was busy to night and I felt like the woman taking the orders was rushing me with an attitude kinda so I got aggravated and snapped back with my own attitude and was able to finish placing our order so we go pay all's good we go to the next window and another lady was handing me our drinks and frosty so I asked for a drink carrier and she gave me one and the rest of the food too so I leave the drive threw and pull over and pass the kids food out to realize they for got my HR bacon cheeseburger so I walked back to the drive threw window knock they open it and I told them I didn't get my jr bacon cheeseburger one said just a minute the rest acted like they didn't hear a minute or so silence goes by then some young little girl comes to the drive threw window to tell me you have to get out of the drive threw I told her I will when I get my jr bacon cheeseburger so she walks away and then they finally bring me the jr bacon cheeseburger I take it and thank them any ways and get back in my car to a cold meal now thanks guys cold...

Had no issues ordering food, woman at first window is always very friendly. At the second window was asked to pull forward, however there was a car already ahead so the girl asked us to pull beside a van in a parking spot. We waited 20 minutes finally went inside they had handed our $22 order out wrong. Remade it and it was still completely wrong handed us 5 drinks we didn’t order. Finally had to ask 5 different times for my money back after 30 minutes of waiting. The guy manager was extremely rude and was obviously trying to ignore us because they were making it, when I explained I just wanted my money back I don’t have time for wait 40 minutes on fast food. We finally got it but he was extremely unprofessional there was absolutely no structure to that store at all. Would give 0 zero stars if possible...

Shady Transactions, Clumsy Service, Disgusting Restrooms:

The cashier was instructed by management to ring up my Frosty as one of the Halloween Coupon Booklets. I noticed this when I was reading my order on the screen before I paid. I mentioned that I did not order a coupon booklet and she told me that her manager instructed her to ring it up this way. This seemed fishy, possibly a way to fraudulently report sales of the coupon booklets. My order was clumsily prepared and was given to me missing items that I paid for. The restrooms were very dirty. The urinal in the men's restoom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I took a photo and have attached it here. It makes me wonder if the food preparation areas are being properly cleaned. I will not...
