This is not the review I was planning on leaving, I wish this experience had been better for my granddaughter, daughter and myself but it wasn't. I live in Pennsylvania and wanted to have a beautiful flower arrangement made for my granddaughter for her graduation. I selected the Possibly Pink arrangement and was sold the deluxe version. When I asked what the deluxe included I was told "more of the flowers in the arrangement ". Awesome, sign me up. What my granddaughter recieved was a smaller arrangement in a purple vase with alot of greenery added. When I saw the picture I called and tried to understand why she didn't receive what I ordered. I was met with rudeness and told that my arrangement was " built to value" I was told I was upgraded to a different lilly,a request that I did not make. When you said you would remake her arrangement you did not mention that you would just be reusing the existing flowers that were already in full bloom at at the end of their life cycle. You were combative and rude. I have pictures of the arrangement on your site as well as the picture of the arrangement she received. They aren't even close to a resemblance to each other. The fact that I am out of state and not able to see my arrangement in person does not negate your responsibility to provide what you advertise. This is the second purchase I have made from you over the phone and I have been disappointed each time. You may provide your local customers with exceptional service and amazing flowers, but your out of town customers do not receive the same services or products. You gave my daughter a hardtime when she came to exchange the arrangement as well. As someone who knows flowers I feel that I can speak as to what was in my arrangement and what was not. Just because you "filled" my arrangement to "value" does not mean I received what I paid for. I paid for a deluxe version of Possibly Pink and it did not include a purple vase of greenery. I will gladly provide pictures as needed for those who may find this post rude. I am a huge supporter of shopping local, but not at the expense of quality and customer service. Please do better for your out of town customers. My money and experience are just as important as a...
Read moreI was excited for my daughters graduation flowers when i called to place the orders they sounded great. Her college colors are dark blue and orange which they guaranteed they could accomplish (they say that they had white roses they could make royal blue). I asked for a small arrangements that I could hand to her. 3 dark blue roses, a couple orange flowers and filler. They gave me a large bouquet and the "dark blue" roses looked like a baby blue. They willingly made it smaller but gave my husband a hard time when he asked for the flower water picks/stems (things that hold water) for our long drive. The orange flowers are more peach and the painted roses are just one or two petals sprayed. Guess what in the first 20 mins of our drive the blue fell off. Yes the blue petals fell off. I am embarrassed to even go into her graduation with these flowers. the first picture is the original. The second is when he got them and third is with in the...
Read moreI spoke with Brittany on Saturday & Mandy on Sunday, placing a large order for today (Monday). Now, I can't speak from seeing their work, BUT my sister called from the funeral home where Young Floral Co delivered our order and she says the flowers & arrangements are amazing! The whole place smells of lilies and roses, each piece is beautifully created, the attention to even the smallest detail outstanding! The wonderful people of Young Floral went above and beyond any expectations we might have had, and the care they gave to each item shows abundantly. If you're looking for something to express your feelings - for whatever situation - I highly recommend calling Young Floral Co in Charleston West By God Virginia - you won't be disappointed!! Thank you so much, Brittany, Mandy, and the rest of the fine people that helped put...
