Absolutely the worst place to get food, the employee are some of the most trash people I have ever met. I order food for my office 1-2 times a week totaling 120-140$.
So here's the story for those still reading. Last week I called in my order at noon to be ready at 3:30 pm I arrived and had to wait 30 min for my food because the person on the phone never told anyone.
Today I called at noon again for my food to be ready at 3:30 the person on the phone immediately put me on hold and forgot about me I waited on the line for 10 min while I heard people in the back swearing. So I hung up and tried calling back the phone line was busy, I called back 15 min latter still busy. So I figured I just stop in, things happen i understand. So I walked in and asked to speak to a SM or ASM they said they only had a shift supervisor, so he came up to the register and I asked him if maybe he wanted to speak in private since I had a complaint, he got an attitude with me saying he doesn't have time for that. So I asked him why I waited on hold for 10 minutes and was forgotten about. That's when these two trashy girls stepped in. They butted in saying they were busy. I said well I understand but you completely forgot about me. And anytime I tried to talk to the manager they would butt in with their own nasty and unhelpful comments. So I told the manager I'm not going to just sit here and take this, he just stared at me. So I told him I was about to take my business elsewhere and he just stared at me and so I walked out and he didn't say a word.

I understand and empathize with fast-food employees of today who are working in an establishment with labor shortages and other challenges, but that is not an excuse for a “manager” to be blatantly rude to a customer.
I did not have an issue with the order mistake, the absence of a fry in one of my combos, because again, I understand that these are busy and difficult times. On the other hand, I do have an issue with a manager rudely addressing me, obliquely calling me a liar, and refusing to correct the issue and instead having another employee correct it. I’ve dropped a picture of my order, because according to the manager she hadn’t packed any Bo Rounds for the drive-through, “I haven’t packed any Bo Rounds”, after I truthfully stated that I did receive an entire order of Bo Rounds instead of fries, as evident by the picture posted, and as confirmed by the receipt which I presented to the other employees at the establishment who politely and appropriately corrected the honest mistake. Read moreI dined in this day, when I walk through the door I heard a lot of loud talking and singing and young people jumping around dancing like they were at a club, very unprofessional and uninviting ,when the cashier took my order , as usual I asked for hot fresh food, I ordered chicken strip combo meal with rice and beans a Sprite no ice, surely when I got my meal the chicken scripts were cold I gave them back to have some cooked fresh, I sit down to eat noticed that the beans and the rice were just room temperature, I said not cold food again which I'm sick and tired of, bacteria starts to form and grow at that point, it will cause someone to get sick, I definitely don't want anyone else to get sick like I have from food that should be a certain temperature , hot food should be hot , cold food should be cold, these workers are untrained unprofessional and not aware of food safety and handling procedures ,I'm sick of being served poor quality food from this point on I will be contacting the health department so they can come in and do an inspection, hit them where it hurts in the pocket, because they can do better it's always room for improvement ,customer service satisfaction is what we pay for, Bojangles if you can deliver close down we...
