Fortune Garden — Restaurant in Charlotte

The last year and a half my family and I been eating here, usually the food is good, several times we've run in to a debate over the pricing sometimes the order ,the older lady whom I was told is the owner, she is really rude obnoxious ,mean, cruel and totally, she changes the prices on the food anytime without posting it ,one day it could be one price the next day it'll be another price, next week is up a dollar the next week is up 50 Cent or 75 cents, she should have more stabled prices ,she makes you feel you being cheated out of your money, the food is already high enough already, four chicken wings $9 that's extremely high, she doesn't appreciate the people that support her and keep her business open, she has to realize and come back down to earth if it wasn't for the customers she would have no business, when you confront her about jacking up the price she gets mean and nasty and cruel and tells you to go eat somewhere else, you don't have to eat here which I know that but we were loyal customers , she yells to the top of her voice and never give you a chance to speak which is rude and out of control, this is how she treats her customers I have not been back there since four days ago, I usually get the same meal all the time and she went up a dollar I refuse to pay it I walked out, especially after she was so loud and rude to me , my family and friends and I will not be going back there every again, she needs the restaurant closed down until she learns customer service skills and how to treat people with respect and dignity , learn to appreciate her customers how to be professional she's not a good representative of a business owner who depends on customers to keep her business going, she is...

Owner is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Observed her using her bare hands to adjust something in my food tray after just before witnessing working the register.No hand wash in between and packing orders on tray with long hair hanging down and no hair net. When I asked her to remake the food I watched her touch with her bare hand not only did she deny it but got a nasty attitude, rolled her eyes, then proceeded to make my order and left out some of my free items (On purpose) after I spent over $40 as I do every weekend at this place. And every time we get the same order and get the same free stuff and now that I ask for sanitary service she becomes nasty and spiteful. No loss they are overpriced anyway I have had better at places a little further away then I wish to go but this place will NEVER get my business EVER again!! I guess she was also upset because I called her out for asking me for I.D. when I paid with my card when I watched her take another customers card without I.D. right before. When I asked why she claimed it was due to this difference in costs of the orders but I wouldn't doubt on top of being rude, and unprofessional, she is also prejudice. But that's here nor...

They gave me half of my food. Argued that they didn’t. Then had the nerve to call me a lair on top of saying “let me talk to me boss” then doesn’t mute the phone and speaks with someone about my issues then comes back to say “we 100% put everything in the bag”. I heard everything the girl was saying and she didn’t explain it all. then I asked to speak with the “boss” and all of a sudden the boss isn’t there. I spent over 50$ at the establishment for them to blame the third party for not delivering the food. Very unprofessional and definitely didn’t try to work out anything. I could hear other employees laughing and talk in the background as well. I also have pictures of what I received and she still called a liar! Very rude and unprofessional. I will never order from here again based off the service and communication stills that are given to customers. Now I’m sitting here with lost of money no food for my family to eat together as one.
