My wife and kids came into that coffee shop the other day as I set in the car my kids told Me Keisha helped them out so greatly. The experience was so welcoming that she said she doesn’t want to go to any other ice cream place ever I then said to my wife I will go there on a day. I’m not in a rush, so I decided to stop by on my own and there was a gentleman there I assume he is the owner, but he was on his phone the entire time he barely had any knowledge of anything really that needed to be done and the coffee taste like shit he was over talking me and not really listening to what I had to say my wife and kids liked it as far as I am concerned if that guy is there, I will not be entering the door. I want the same experience that my wife had I mentioned it to one of my coworkers she told me that she went there and requested a breakfast sandwich and this same gentleman had no knowledge of what she wanted and she left and mentioned that she would not be returning as well. She felt like she wasted her time. I do understand that the business is new and things take time but I’m trying to figure out how my wife and kids experience something so great and then when I didn’t, it wasn’t the same experience. I hope whoever goes there gets the same experience that my wife got that’s what prompted...
Read moreThe worker was on their phone while trying to take my order, which should’ve been the first red flag. I asked for an iced caramel latte (12oz, $4.00) with no extra shots. The second red flag came when I watched them prepare the drink and noticed the employee seemed inexperienced. I say this because I originally came in asking for a Flat White Latte, which is listed on their menu multiple times. Not only did they not know what a Flat White was, but they also claimed it wasn’t available—even though it’s made from the same basic ingredients as a regular latte.
To make matters worse, for an iced latte, they frothed the milk—something that doesn’t even make sense for a cold drink. I also watched as they added only one shot of espresso, which is standard for a 12oz coffee, but not what I was about to be charged for.
When I got the bill, I noticed I had been charged for extra shots and for the caramel syrup—even though the first syrup is supposed to be free. When I asked why, I was met with a dismissive “oh well” attitude and completely gaslighted about what I actually ordered. In the end, I was about to be charged $7.58 for a drink that was neither what I ordered nor anywhere near the quality of a standard $4 latte. Completely unacceptable service and careless...
Read moreI came to this location not realizing the coffee shop was different and new company, but I wanted to give them a try. First time I went on a weekend a couple weeks ago even though they were supposed to be open they kept changing the return sign. I went back twice and they kept pushing the time, so the next day I come and they were there. I order my coffee and told them about the previous day the man explained he had to keep leaving for errands or something so I assume they short staffed not even a real apology. I get they are a new business but not only are weekend prime coffee time but morning and afternoon. So, I give benefits of the doubt since they are new but my coffee wasn't even that good I ordered a ice caramel latte and I've had better. So I had a friend pick me up a coffee the other day and still I just did not enjoy the coffee the iced coffee wasn't sweet and the coffee wasn't...
