The owners and workers of Cafe 49 are by far the nicest people we have ever met at a restaurant.
They are so kind, polite, helpful and generous not only in their demeanor but in their portions of ice cream, condiments and additional items like cutlery as well.
They are so giving and just have the sweetest and most welcoming energy about them. It was refreshing to see especially in a day and age where is hard to even get a napkin.
Add to this the pizza is wonderful. Very fresh! and their Ice Cream flavors are INCREDIBLE. SO MANY CHOICES!
They also are attached to a wrap restaurant called Wrap Way. They might be owned by the same family because they are equally kind and generous.
I strolled over to take a look around while waiting for the pizza. The gentleman behind the counter asked for my order. When I told him I was waiting for pizza he offered me samples of all of their proteins! And it was like a small plate full AND DELICIOUS!

Our first time ordering from here and definitely not our last. We ordered two pizza’s and breadsticks. We got the Bianca pizza with tomatoes and mushrooms added to it. Our other pizza was the Meatlover’s with added feta cheese. Talk about delicious!! The crust isn’t heavy nor doughy. It the right thickness with a great crunch and a nice chew to it. The Bianca was light and flavorful. The Meatlover’s has a hearty meaty taste and the addition of Kalamata olives adds a great depth of flavor. Me, my man & my brother have been waiting for this moment where we'll get delicious halal pizza here in Charlotte. The moment has finally come!!!!!! Foreal, we went to Cafe 49 and the pizza was delicious.! What makes this place even better is the customer service from the employees and the owner. To be honest they could have been rude and I still would have ordered my pizza and went on about my business.
