We found their gelato at the Matthews Community Farmers Market. She offered a free sample which we couldn't turn down.

My husband sampled the hazelnut chocolate gelato and I sampled the raspberry sorbet. We loved the raspberry sorbet so much that we got a cup of it.

It was so fresh and actually tasted like raspberry. You could tell it was made with fresh fruit, which hasn't been the case for other raspberry sorbet that I've had.

Corrado Gelato is hands down the best gelato / sorbetto / frozen dessert maker in Charlotte… maybe on the east coast. Maybe in the US… my favorite flavors include: Black Forest, peach, bacio, cappuccino…. Actually, I love them all so, this is impossible to list.
