Kaycee Kitchen catered our work retreat on June 21, 2023. They customized a unique menu consisting of grilled chicken, Turkey burgers, vegetable lasagna, baked beans and Mac & cheese and salad. The communication was efficient and effective. The food was set up 45-minutes prior to the start of the event. The food was hot (warm to taste), adequately seasoned and great portions! He also provided his homemade BBQ, Spicy BBQ, and Smoked BBQ sauce to accompany the Turkey burgers and chicken. We had banana pudding for dessert! This year for Thanksgiving, I decided to have it catered by Kaycee and it will now be part of my annual tradition! Kaycee’s Catering did not disappoint. The turkey breast was seasoned perfectly, the stuffing was home cooked like my family does it, the mac and cheese was the absolute showstopper and had folks coming back for seconds!!! We balanced things out with brussels sprouts and it added the perfect touch we needed with the gravy Kaycee provided along with the rolls to create a perfect Thanksgiving meal. I contacted Kaycee to cater my daughter's graduation celebration. My primary concern was availability which was open. I took a leap of faith and hired Kaycee based on reviews and wonderful photos of his dishes. He suggested a menu of meats and sides complete with drinks, rolls, salad, dessert, and utensils with personal servers. He arrived early for setup and food was ready on time.
