Placed a pickup order here as I have in the past. When I arrived, my order was just going to "Ready" status on the screen but I was told by a man up front who I'd not noticed there on prior visits that I'd have to wait on a remake. He said flatly and almost as if amused "The crust stuck to the screen. That happens sometimes." That was his only communication about it and certainly never an apology for the issue.
A woman in back (who acted managerially but I don't know her role outside of handling my pie's remake) who was just starting my new pizza apologized for the inconvenience. The guy working the front/register seemed rather "flighty" and ignored her.
She offered me a bottle of water while I waited and told the guy to give me one, as well as a coupon for a free pizza on my next visit. She was very nice and seemed concerned about customer experience. He didn't even acknowledge her existence, much less what she had said to him.
So I waited for about 18 - 20 add'l min while they remade my pizza. I never got the water as he continued to ignore her & her instructions. Indeed, she told him 2 more times to give me said coupon and it was as if she didn't exist. She's the reason for 1 star - her customer service & her pizza was pretty good.
He was quick to get me to pay before I sat down to wait on the remake!
Honestly, I don't care about the coupon she promised & never mentioned it while there. I was already using a special deal that resulted in order coming to less than $10 and being over 1hr invested in it, I just wanted to get home as it was after 9pm before we could eat. What bothers me enough to doubtfully return to this store is the lack of integrity combined with "flighty guy's" not even acknowledging her, much less her instructions. I felt he treated her in a very disrespectful manner and I want to do business with companies that do better. He appeared to be in his 30s or so but acted as if he were a spoiled early teen. She deserves far better than that IMHO!
To boot, I noticed him tossing completed boxes of pizza around uncaringly as if they were empty, yet they weren't. Mine too once done until he saw me notice him and stopped. No telling what condition others' pies were in.
He just didn't seem to care at all. As stated, this complete lack of respect, accountability and integrity, much less the nonchalant way in which he handled my order's error occurred for me as a serious turn-off. I hope HE'S not the manager! If so, he seems to be setting a terrible example for his employees, especially relative to customer experience.
I guess they get enough business that he assumes customer service and colleague respect don't have to be parts of the equation. Maybe he's right - at least until enough folks like me decide to stop showing up.
Really sad... especially from a company that I remember back in the day prided themselves on customer experience. We're a LONG LONG ways from the days of "Get it in 30 minutes or it's free." Certainly at this store anyway.

Read moreI have ordered from this location on multiple occasions, and only a couple of those times did my order arrive in tact and warm (not even hot—just warm). Most of the time the pizza is room temperature at best. The last time I ordered my box had VERY clearly been shaken as the pizza didn’t even resemble a circle as it’s supposed to, instead it looked like the inside of a puzzle box to the point that I literally put it back together like a puzzle because I was concerned the driver and eaten some of it and shaken the box as a cover up. Today, I place an order for lunch around 1:25/1:30pm and am quoted 25-30 minutes for delivery (I live about 12 minutes away so this is pretty reasonable). I am supposed to be leaving my house to get to work as I’m typing this (an hour later—around 2:30) and I still have no pizza delivered. So I check my Dominos app, only to see that the delivery time has now gone from arriving at 2:00, then to 2:30, and now 2:45. Reminder: i ordered this pizza an hour ago, was quoted 25-30mins for delivery, and now it will have taken more than double that amount of time. I’m certain i’m not the only person ordering right now but how could it possibly take that much longer than expected. And the worst part is, i’m still expected to pay for this. I will come back to update when it is finally delivered on the appearance and temperature.
Edit/Update: the pizza arrived around 2:41 and as expected cold. not even slightly warm, just cold. The driver, Anna was very polite and greeted me with a smile, and I know it isn’t her fault so I still made sure to tip her. However I’m still not satisfied with the rest of the staff who took over an hour to make and send out a singular thin crust...

Despite the high volume of customers, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and dedication displayed by the staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly, and even amidst the bustling atmosphere, every team member remained composed, focused, and remarkably efficient.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my pizza was prepared with care and precision. I could tell they were working seamlessly as a team, maintaining a high standard of quality, all while managing to get my order to me in record time. The speed at which they handled each task, without compromising on the quality of the food, was truly commendable.
It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work, and the level of service I received was beyond what I expected from a busy pizza establishment. It’s rare to see such professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and it certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
In addition to the quick turnaround, the pizza itself was delicious — hot, fresh, and exactly as I had ordered. A perfect meal to enjoy after a day of errands, made even better by the friendly and hard-working individuals who helped me.
