El Sazón Latino — Restaurant in Charlotte

I have not been here in about 9 months so I was elated to see the upgrades to the restaurant. Unfortunately my experience did meet the upgrades… I ordered 3 chicken tacos with no modifications. Maybe because I don’t know what authentic Mexican food is but I did not enjoy my meal here and really tried to be open and adventurous. I also smelled like the restaurant after I left and I had to shower and put on new clothes. Also the menu is in Spanish and there are no prices on the menu. That was a bit challenging. Went inside and place is a little crowded, and I understand it’s lunch time and not many Hispanic restaurants nearby, I got in line and ordered 5 cow tongue tacos no onions, 40 minutes passed and I finally got my food but with onions, when I told the lady I had asked without onions she stared at me like it was my fault and then took them back to the kitchen, she came back with half the meat missing and still having onions and said she took off what she could but they weren’t going to remake them. At that point I was just mad I threw the food away and left before they could serve it to another customer since I wasn’t going to eat there.
