The Garbage Can — Restaurant in Charlotte

Terrible!!  We placed $58 online order for delivery.  We waited 1 1/2 hours past our delivery time, tried to reach the restaurant but only the voicemail picks up.  The service on their site to order and pay online is Chownow.  After several hours of trying, Chownow couldn't reach The Garbage Can either but would try emailing?! Ordered on line. After checking business hours. States open until 10 pm Sunday. Order at 7:25. Get a text confirmation that our order will be ready by 7:27. The store stops taking online orders at 8:59. Arrive to store front at 7:53. Nobody is there. I have tried calling and emailing and Instagram messaging multiple times to no answer. Would like my refund… bad business practice!! All it takes is to update hours which you will accept orders and adjust your business hours online. Will be sure to tell other friends (also originally from Rochester to just make their own plates at home)...

Terrible I placed an online order drove an hour to pick it up to find out it's closed. Online let me place the order, Google showed they were open. I paid $40 dollars and got NOTHING.
