Fishy Fish Market — Restaurant in Charlotte

We had a wonderful experience at Fishy Fishy this past weekend. Although we were a group of 12 and it was a summer Saturday night, they put our name on the list and texted us when our table was ready (they let us know it was 45 min wait). We were seated on the covered deck area and had an amazing sunset. The service was fast and they checked in on us often.

The food was all out of this world - we had the crab dip (highly recommend) with fresh warm Asiago bread to dip. Several family members got the grouper special and they loved it. Buyer BEWARE! I come to this place often, because it's the only place that I know that has Black Bass. I have no reason to lie because I would like to go back...BUT! They charged me twice on 2 different machines. I now have 3 different charge amounts from them on 2 different cards. First they stated my charge didn't go through so I had to swipe on another machine...I had more than enough money on my card but after they charged me once the second time the card didn't go through so I had to use another payment. I been coming here regular getting my fish for the last 8 months, regularly. Today I went in to fishy Fish to get my regular salmon steak and a guy that was in there was rude. It seems like they were trying to rip us off. We had three of them and it came out to $25 and we had always paid around $13 to $18 for the same thing, so we refuse to buy them. The guy got upset told us to not to come back. Nobody got nasty with the guy, but he got nasty with us.
