Greco Fresh Grille - NoDa — Restaurant in Charlotte

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, hoping for an improved experience, but unfortunately, the service particularly at the front counter has consistently fallen short. Each time, I’ve encountered the same issues, most of which stem from poor customer service.

One cashier in particular, a young African-American woman with glasses, has repeatedly shown a lack of professionalism. She appears more interested in holding personal conversations than attending to customers. Orders are left sitting out and growing cold, and she doesn’t seem engaged or properly trained to handle her responsibilities.

The restaurant is rarely busy, so there’s no reason for the long wait times or the lack of attentiveness. It’s clear that better training and stronger management are urgently needed. At this point, replacing the front staff especially this individual is necessary to improve the overall...

We have ordered takeout here several times, even with visitors and have had it with the inconsistency. It's clear the training here is inconsistent because the order accuracy and food quality can vary greatly. Like tonight.

Sometimes my salad is packed with the hot food, sometimes it's not. Sometimes the fries are incredibly soggy and have no salt. Other times they are more crispy and salty. About half the time they completely forget my side of tzatziki. Which really sucks when you have a gyro. And they NEVER give us the drink cup for our son's kids meal.

Hard to continue going to a place when they consistently don't have an accurate order or just completely miss the mark...

I recently visited greco fresh grill, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious , every bite was packed with fresh, authentic flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always serving with a genuine smile. Their dedication to making customers feel welcome added so much to the overall experience.
