Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Charlotte

As I see someone said there is a smell throughout the whole place, smells like they need to wipe the whole place down in Clorox, maybe only empaths can smell it. It’s right beside nanas, but nanas does not smell like that!!!! They made the food way too fast in which I see that the veggies are pre cooked, they are too soft, and taste old like they were made yesterday. The shrimp was good, barely any teriyaki flavor, and the smell is so bad that I could smell out in my car once I got in there. Need a serious clean and I’m praying that my stomach don’t act up or I don’t throw up. Worst hibachi I’ve ever had, Spanish people are not Japanese, just because you may have worked there don’t mean you can go open your own restaurant. How are they still open, that’s a no no, wish I had checked reviews first. Omg just trying to get something fast, they say patience is a virtue, they are right. What’s crazy is I don’t EVER leave reviews but this experience was so bad I had to say something. I would give it zero stars if I could. I went with four people and neither of us enjoyed our food at all. The lo mein has no flavor, the vegetables tasted old,the meat had no flavor , and the egg roll was tiny and weird. we tried to put up with it and finish what we could but the more we ate the more we realized we couldn’t finish it…..the worst thing was the customer service, we were not rude at all and only asked for half of our money back or something to compensate us for our experience they replied with “you are drinking your water and ate your meat” “you can take the food to go” we tried to eat what was most tolerable and still couldn’t finish it but they showed that they obviously don’t care about their customers experiences considering her rude reaction when we asked nicely for good...

I am absolutely disgusted with this restaurant.from the outside it looks like a restaurant but on the inside it’s dirty and unclean. The food quality is extremely poor and there’s no way they are serving fresh food. We ordered steak and shrimp hibachi, salmon hibachi, egg roll, nd fried dumplings. The order came out in 4 minutes. Now tell me, in which world does a hibachi meal get served in 4 MINUTES????? Thant was our first red flag. The vegetables we so mushy, the rice smelled like sea water and the salmon wasn’t even salmon. It was dried old white fish that was as flat as a feather.

Please avoid this restaurant at all costs. We literally left the food on the table and had to walk out. The service was horrible because when I tried to ask the cashier what fish it was, she got extremely rude and defensive.the crab ragoons had a pink filling that was watery. Looked like some sort of food...
