I was really impressed by how fast and efficient the service was at this fast food restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and took my order right away. Even though the place was busy, everything ran smoothly, and my food was ready in just a few minutes. What really stood out was how accurate my order was — every item was exactly right, fresh, and nicely packed.

The food quality was far above typical fast food standards. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was juicy and flavorful, and the portions were generous. You can tell the team takes pride in what they serve, making sure every meal looks and tastes great.

It’s rare to find a fast food spot that combines quick service with such good quality. The staff worked efficiently but still managed to be polite and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Horrible Horrible customer service. My co-workers and I order from this specific chicken king Weekly spending at least $100 each time. I get the same thing Strawberry Salad I always request that they do not include the walnuts, bacon and the feta cheese. They always make it right; however, last week I took three bites of my salad and started to have an allergic reaction. I called immediately and was told that it must be something in the air that caused me to have an allergic reaction and the person disconnected the call. I called again the next day and spoke with Carmella who was a sweetheart she apologized and offered to re-do the salad. I would just need to call before I picked it up. I called to place the order and was told no they can’t do it. The first girl I spoke with had a horrible attitude. I spoke with a male whose attitude was worse than the first girl! I see that nasty attitudes are promoted here. All in all they would not make the salad. I have been coming to this restaurant for quite a while. The last two times I went the food was not fresh. Today I went through the drive through and got a cheeseburger and fries. The food was not warm. It was room temperature airing more on the side of cold. When I called to tell them about my experience, the young lady working the drive through was just rude. Typically I would just let it go but when you spend your money and expect to get quality and do not, and then a representative is down right rude, now I’ve wasted money and time. I have met the owner and he was very kind. I wonder if he is aware of the bad customer service and cold food. This young lady basically called me a liar because she said there was no way the food could have been cold because they’d only been open for about 30 mins. So the customer is a liar. ...
