Tropical Goodies 2 — Restaurant in Charlotte

The customer service at this location is beyond unacceptable. I placed an order at 2:25 and was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Needless to say forty minutes later only one of my orders come out. I was then told I had to wait another 10 minutes before my second order would be ready. Being understanding, I waited another 20 before I asked for a refund. The manager then came and told me it would be ready. It pays to be attractive and courteous to your customers as they are funding...

Everytime I try to come back and give it one more try ...y'all trays get smaller and smaller the Mac taste like yesterday and the I got one medium size oxtail with a bout five meatless oxtail bones and this was not a snack tray....I know times are hard but...really....if you value your customers you would step it up I paid almost $30 for one half tray of left overs smh....money is too hard to come by for this mess...do better or just...

Food is amazing! No complaints there but as far as service and attention to detail that's why I give 2 stars. I waited 45 minutes for my food and when it was finally finished they messed up my order as well as forgot extra sides I ordered due to the fact that the receipt machine wasn't working and our orders were written down they couldn't read what was written I had to wait an additional 5 minutes so they...
