Hi I come to showmars on Freedom drive 4 to 5 days a week literally buying the same thing a large lemonade a kid shrimp meal and either the chicken and rice dinner that cost about $13.99 or two kids shrimp meals well tonight it's around 7:30 I came through the drive-thru because I called the order in tonight I only ordered my grandson a little hamburger meal I asked for a large cup of water because daily I get a large lemonade which is almost $3 my point is I spend at least $80 a week here 99% of the staff knows me this manager who gave me the name of Carolene she said she had to charge me a dollar and something for the large cup of water my only problem is I am a faithful customer that spends at least 80 to $90 a week here and tonight I couldn't even get a cup of water I'm a grown woman and she tells me she can only give me a kitty cup and it doesn't matter how much I spend there now tonight this particular young lady showed me some very terrible customer service yes showmars on Freedom now you guys should be ashamed if you train Carolene this way her entire staff just about knows my face matter of fact we even called one of her staff members over and I said do you know me and she was like yeah sure you come here all the time well by then I had told Carolene that I'm going to give her a bad review on Google tonight and her response was all over a cup of water and I said do you hear how you're saying all over a cup of water I've just spent the last 10 minutes going back and forth with you as a faithful customer saying do you think I can get a cup of water without you having to charge me $1.50 tonight by then she tried to force the water on me because she didn't want me to give this review of course by now I'm kinda frustrated and I don't want the water I mean I'll just drink a Lukewarm bottle of water out of my car.... Showmars on Freedom drive they really dropped the ball tonight I dare say if Mr C who's over showmars on Little Rock Road knew that this happened he wouldn't be too happy about it but obviously he is not over this ShoMars whoever is over this ShoMars they need to retrain Carolene and any other manager that would treat faithful long-standing customers in this manner all over a cup of water so tonight showmars you're getting only one star and that's because I have to give you something had I been allowed to not give any stars tonight then I wouldn't give any stars, way to go Caroline! whoever trained you I'm sure they're pretty proud of this wonderful negative review you've given them and the company! And my lack of punctuation is simply because I'm driving and speaking into the phone and a little too frustrated and to stop and add the correct punctuations but I think I'll just pull up at Cookouts and get me a cup of ice!

Read moreThe grease is old fish smelt like burnt grease fish chewy you can tell it was previously cooked and most likely just sitting on top of other fish wasn't crispy at all the way I requested it there was a guy at the register that took my order but when I took the food back in he was extremely rude ignoring me while I'm sharing my concerns he looked me dead in my eyes and said he was busy and didn't help or get help I literally had to get one of the women to get the mgr the mgr was extremely nice and told me that the cooks changed the grease while I'm standing there and looking in the back and then there's no way that Grease was changed to in less than ten minutes I just went along with it I wasn't offered any type compensation or discount on the food for the inconvenience I work in in food and beverage and I know for a fact how long it takes to drain and replenish greaseim not stupid ..the kitchen was dirty I saw hush puppies and fish stored in the open pre cooked I'll never eat that nasty greasy burnt smelling good again this location is on freedom drive and the restaurant wasn't clean at all I should've known better ...
