Enderly Coffee Co. Cafe & Coffee Roaster — Restaurant in Charlotte

I cannot rate the actual brick and mortar Enderly Coffee company because I've never visited the establishment. But I bought a bag of their Honduras Coffee beans from a grocery store and was extremely disappointed. It's honestly the worst Coffee I've ever bought to make at home, especially when I'm grinding the beans fresh myself. It has NO flavor, I even tried using a large amount thinking maybe I didn't use enough, but it didn't matter. It was like drinking warm water with my sweet cream, creamer I adore. That's never happened before. It's a medium roast and I expected it to be really good considering it's roasted locally in Charlotte. I moved out of Charlotte in 1985 & I live an hour away. I thought this would be great since Charlotte is so close and should be really fresh and wonderful. Sadly it was not. They may have other Coffee beans that are better and hopefully stronger so it actually tastes like coffee. But I doubt I'll be purchasing this companies products again. I should have known that when the grocery store marked down all Enderly Coffee products on clearance that apparently weren't selling and I bet you this is why because it seriously sucks. I threw the rest away because it wasn't worthy salvaging and maybe mixing with other Coffee, because I tried that too. What a waste of money and time. I worked in the restaurant business for 30 yrs and traveled alot as well and this is truly the worst Coffee I've ever had because it doesn't taste like you're drinking coffee at all. And it's not just my opinion, relatives and friends that I had visiting and served it to agreed with me. I was a little embarrassed honestly. I dumped it down the sink and made my other brand of coffee instead. Very inconvenient when you are serving breakfast to a house full of relatives visiting from...

Just wanted to update this and say that after three years total (two years after this original review), my (now) wife and I still get our monthly espresso fix from the fine folks at Enderly. I cannot overstate how committed this company is to its customers and its community. The outstanding product is just the cherry on top. Tony and team have made lifetime customers out of us (and any friend of mine who will listen).

My girlfriend and I have been ordering coffee from Enderly Coffee Company for almost a year. Our espresso machine has held nothing but Enderly beans since we moved to Charlotte, and we are slowly making our way through every kind of bean they offer for our daily coffee. Their Friday home delivery is such an excellent service--every time I run low on beans, I just hop on and pick a new bag to be dropped off at my doorstep for free that Friday--and every time we've been in the shop we are just so pleased by the kindness of those behind the counter. Tony Santoro has personally helped me skip subscription orders if I'm not going through beans as fast and he even helped me exchange a shirt I bought without even having to come in the shop. There are always new treats from local places popping up for Friday delivery and we love checking them out. I'm just so happy a place like this exists in my community and I'm excited to continue to drink Enderly Coffee for...

People first!❤️ I had training in Charlotte for 2 months. Enderly was my home away from home! The coffee is fantastic, full of flavor, hot and bold my favorite brew was Ethiopia, (the drip coffee changes daily but they were all good. Always 2 choices) The people, love and happiness in the building is off the charts! I don't think I would have survived the intense training and being away from home without the kindness that was shared. They did not know how much it meant to me. But walking in and having someone say hello Cindy, how are you meant the world. I was not just another customer. They made me feel welcome. Everyone that comes in the door is welcome. Just thinking about the place puts a smile on my face. My heart will always smile when I think about the time studying at Enderly and the amazing people. Thank you Chelle, Kemoy, Taylor and Tony for the friendship and that magically coffee that got me through the 8pm-3am simulator shift. Thank you for helping me reach my dreams..
