I would love to leave a great review, but for this location, I can’t. The only time my food is right is when the manager takes my order. They’d save a lot of money in waste and have a lot less complaints if the people at the register learned how to ring up orders properly. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich combo with no Mayo, add mustard and onions. The screen in front of me was down, so I KNEW to look at my receipt because no matter who it is, they ALWAYS PUT MY ORDER IN WRONG! The receipt says, “No Mayo. Onions. Mustard. I look at the person preparing the food and he just puts pickles, onions, and mustard on the sandwich. I tell the cashier to tell him I want everything that comes on the sandwich, except mayo, add onions and mustard. She’s visibly scared to say what she SHOULD have said, she goes “He wants to add lettuce and tomato.” I told her I wanted a regular 10 piece nugget, she asked if I wanted spicy and I said, “No, regular.” So that means I said I want regular nuggets TWICE! Why did I get home and have a 10 piece spicy nugget? I was so worried about my sandwich being done right, I totally missed the fact that she rung me up for spicy nuggets. The nuggets were HARD AF, like they were cooked right after breakfast and had been sitting there for AWHILE. The only thing fresh was my fries. They need to pay more so that adults want to work there, cause the teenagers ain’t cuttin’ it! I paid $14 and some change for old nuggets, old chicken, and fresh fries. Read moreHorrible, horrible, and more horrible. The drive thru is ALWAYS backed up. During my last visit I was in line for 30 minutes!!! If my child didn't like their food so much I would have just chosen to go somewhere else. Luckily on this night my children were not in the car with me. When I pulled up to the first window to pay a nice young man greeted me and took my payment. Due to the line being so slow, I had to wait there to move up. During this time a female worker approached him, cursed him out, and SLAPPED him!!!! I was shocked, disgusted, concerned, and hungry. I made sure he was ok and he explained that she was his girlfriend. After some quick advice and encouragement to leave the relationship I was able to pull up to get my food. The no home training having messes they call employees didnt even bother to make eye contact- never mind speaking or apologizing for the wait. I got my food and saw that the sauces were missing. I knocked on the window-obviously interrupting the many important conversations being had (there were plenty of staff but none bothering to do their job). The lady opened the window looking annoyed that I bothered her. I returned that energy (lol). She gave me my items before slamming the window closed- smh. Read moreThis location is trash. They ignore you at the drive thru. They don't even tell you to give them a minute. You pull up and it's just silence. The line never moves. I've been the only car before, and sat there for several minutes with nobody responding. Was not told to come inside or that the drive thru was closed. Just left there to wait and ended up driving off.
Today they told the car in front of me (who was waiting forever to be greeted) to come inside, but didn't tell me anything once i pulled up. I only know because after waiting to be greeted at the box, I pulled around to just go inside, and I was met by several people waiting at a locked door. THEY told me the drive thru was closed and that they were told to come in instead.
Maybe put a sign outside that you're not taking drive thru orders at the moment? Scribble it on some computer paper or some receipt paper and tape it up? Anything other than just ignoring the customer at the order box.
Its 7pm and i was only second in line out of 3 cars, and no customers were at the window. If they can not keep this location staffed, they need to just be closed. There is like one or two people inside struggling to take and prepare orders, and that's honestly stupid. It's not their fault nobody else came to work. That's not even productive.
