Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chatham

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza tonight and was supposed to arrive at 8:29. It got about 9 o'clock and I called to check on the status of it. I wasn't angry I was just making sure they got it through the app. The guy answered the phone and I asked the status of the order. He said "well I'm the only person here and trying to do 3 different things at once. So hang on" he told me my order was on the way and I said thank you. Got a call about 10 mins later and the man said that my pizza was never delivered because he knocked and knocked and knocked and nobody answered. I have 2 dogs that dont let a noise go unnoticed. They bark anytime theres a little knock on the door. So I said that nobody came to my door and knocked and he continued to argue with me about how he came and I assured him nobody knocked on my door. He ended up coming back with the pizzas and he was knocking on my door so aggressively that he broke the frame on my glass door. He wouldn't stop knocking until I opened the door. Then he said "oh you can hear the door now?" My husband told him repeatedly to get away from the door and he would not. Leaving food all over my my porch. I dont have the name of he driver but I wish so bad I did. The cops came and talked to both parties. They told us the driver should...

I went in to grab a pick up order, and the customer service was awful. I walked in and said hello, didn’t receive a word back. I understand this is not something to be too offended about, so I continued to tell them the name for my order. Again, not a word was said back to me. I gave him/her (idk what gender) cash to pay, and accidentally gave them a dollar over. They shoved it back at me, again didn’t say a word. And the whole time they just had a disgusted look on their face. Yes, I know people have bad days, but when you work somewhere where you are obligated to talk to customers, you are expected to be welcoming and kind. I go out of my way to be kind to service workers, so I know this was not a personal thing. And to top it all off, I was missing an order of wings. I felt too uncomfortable to say anything when the only worker there was looking at me with disgust and acted like they were mute. if I could give a review with no star I would. I frequently order stuff from this pizza hut. every employee is generally nice except for 1 I've encountered maybe 3 time. each time she is extremely rude and Ive even caught her sleeping on the job. I spoke to the manager about it saying I didnt want her in trouble but maybe to address it....this was months ago...I came in today with a simple request to push the garlic knots a little in the oven so all the cheese doesn't melt out and harden...she argued with me saying she can't even though every other employee has done this simple request....she then proceeds to have an attitude and loudly tosses the pan of knots on the oven in the very front making it clear she didn't care. I got my money back and told her she had no right to treat a customer this way over a simple request..she denied having a number for corporate.....once again I do not wish getting fired on her..however, something needs to be done....customer service classes...
