Arby's — Restaurant in Chattahoochee County

I've been through this location about three times so far. Every time I open my bag of food that I got from the drive-thru window not surprised to find all the food unwrapped or poured out of the containers. Employees here do not take their time at all. My most recent and last time going through the drive-thru resulted in me only getting 5 out of the 6 cheese sticks I paid for. Not the end of the world, hell they even forgot the marinara sauce. I politely went inside to let them know of their mistake and I honestly only asked for marinara sauce. I could care less about the six cheese stick which was MIA. Instead the elderly woman at the counter more or less portrayed a sarcastic attitude, scoffed and shrug your shoulders saying that she would get me a new set of cheese sticks. I told her that's not a big deal and she insisted. What pisses me off the most is when she goes to give me my food instead of saying my name or making eye to eye contact with me and handing it to me directly she shouts out loud " cheese sticks for the guy that's mad because he only had five out of six cheese sticks"... she then sarcastically again asked if I would like marinara. I get that you are frustrated that you work behind a counter at a fast food restaurant however, that was your Life Path and do not treat your customers poorly because you failed in your development. Oh by the way, the cook behind the counter had rips in his latex gloves which he wore when he was prepping food. God knows what germs are floating...

From by fast 2 experiences: (First time date don’t remember) Service was fast by the food was burnt. They used burnt oil to cook the fried they smelled bad and black stuff all over them. (1/31/25)When I arrived know one was up front the employees was in the back talking (should have been my warning sign) after about 3-5 minutes the cashier came to the front but was rude (like she didn’t have time to do her job). Kinda mad. Went through the drive through and came home just to realize they gave us the wrong order... Yes I checked before driving off. Looked in the bag and saw my kids food and two wrapped sandwiches and figured my jalapeno poppers were at the bottom... Two sandwiches were wrong and come to find out we had a weird sub at the bottom.. it was supposed to be two double beef and cheddars with extra cheese and just got a chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich and an extra sandwich with beef and swiss but it was a sub.
