Sorry, no pictures, I was HUNGRY! The staff there was fast, friendly and totally fine with me saying that I wanted them to make me a huge “Bacon & Cheddar Deluxe”, a favorite sandwich of mine that was discontinued probably before most of them were born! “SURE!” Was the reply. So I told her to take the largest size beef & cheddar, use mayonnaise instead of the Arby’s sauce, and add bacon, lettuce and tomato. Boom ! She even said “Wow, that sounds really good. I’m gonna make one for myself before I go home today!” And it was GREAT! No need for a side order unless you’re sharing with someone because this will fill you up! (And you’re gonna need a couple napkins ) I look forward to my next visit there. Price: As of November 2019 I gave them $9 and got some coins back, which is a great value for a HUGE specialty roast beef over the more expensive extra patty bacon cheeseburgers with NO lettuce or tomato at the fast food...
Read moreThis is more of an issue with Arby's as a whole, so I hate to leave a bad review for this particular Arby's. I will change my rating if someone sees this & responds, but probably won't get a response if I leave 5 stars.
Anyways, I ordered the Turkey & Swiss sandwich today, as usual, & when I opened my bag... I have no idea what the heck sandwich I got. Definitely not what I ordered. I'm guessing it has to do with all the changes Arby's has made to their menu..
I have been ordering the Market Fresh Turkey & Swiss sandwich from Arby's for probably close to 10 years. It's the only thing I ever get. And I absolutely love it. My husband used to work at Arby's, & we always say it's the best fast food. Bar none. I truly believe that. It's upsetting to a long time fan & patron of Arby's to have several menu items disappear. At least allow ppl to still order what they are...
Read moreThey have completely screwed up my order 3 out of the 4 times I've been there. Last time there was only three ingredients for my sandwich, but the cook couldn't handle it. He forgot the cheese. It's a beef & cheddar. Cheese is in the name. How do you forget one of the three ingredients when it's in the name of the sandwich? Also, the wait is always ridiculous. I once waited nearly 20 minutes for a simple drive through order of two meals, which would be forgivable had there been other customers, but I was the only one they had inside and out. Finally, attempts to rectify the situation were an ordeal. It shouldn't take half an hour to look at the order, realize it's wrong, and correct the mistakes. This place deserves no stars, and corporate should really look into retraining...
