The Hive North — Restaurant in Cheboygan

We recently held my mom's memorial at Hive North, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. This great, intimate location provided the perfect setting for our gathering, allowing us to celebrate my mom's life in a warm and comfortable environment. The atmosphere was just right for our family and friends to come together and share memories.

The staff at Hive North were truly wonderful and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the day of the memorial, they were attentive, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were very accommodating with all our requests and wishes for the memorial. Their kindness and professionalism made a challenging time much easier to navigate.

One of the standout features of Hive North was the bar area, which offered a great selection of drinks. It was a lovely touch that added to the overall experience, allowing us to toast to my mom's memory with excellent drinks in hand.

We highly recommend Hive North for anyone looking for a welcoming and intimate location with exceptional staff and great drink options. It truly made my mom's memorial a beautiful and memorable occasion.

We were in Cheboygan a few weeks back and they weren’t open yet, we returned today and they are! 😁 it’s a nice comfortable place, an Oktoberfest type band was playing in the window stage 👍 very lively. Mead is not something you come across often and so I’m sure glad we happened upon this place. We had a flight, Kombucha, Mead, Cyser, excellent. Adorable little mead & cider house. Super charming and the drinks were all so good! We got flights, one of meads, one of ciders and we surprisingly liked the meads more than the cider - but that doesn't mean the ciders were bad! They were all delicious! So glad we stopped by after dinner :)
