Pretty tired of getting a full cup of ice with my drink. If i measure my drink by oz to your ice ratio i barley get 12 ozs of 24ozs. And for whip creme if someone is allergic to it make sure to make a new drink if you mess up by putting whip creme on someone's drink please put in mind what if that person is allergic and all you did was scrap the whip creme off the top and put a new lid back on it and hand it out the window now that person could have a allergic reaction if they didnt notice what you did. Just throw it away and make a new one its super simple and easy to do and it doesnt take all day to make a new one and to keep the customers happy. Watered down drinks. Except this is not how it always is. Honestly I have had awesome drinks there and I've had horrible drinks after spacificly asking for 3 things. I wanted an extra chocolate mocha and wanted it warm not hot (drinkable).
