The Vintage Grand Room at Hotel Washington — Attraction in Chehalis

I had my wedding here in May and it was amazing! This space is the perfect size for a Medium size wedding anywhere from 80 - 150 people! That is if you are doing both your Ceremony and Reception in the building. If you are only using it for the reception I believe it could hold significantly more. We had 86 Guests in attendance plus vendors and we filled the space wonderfully and it didn't feel over crowded. There was enough space to have the entire ceremony space set up along with all the tables we needed which was a total of 14 for guests. We also had a photo booth station, flower bar, and caricature artist in the building as well. Catering fit well next to kitchen and the movable bar was a big plus in allowing us to be able to put it wherever we needed. This is the perfect venue to give you that timeless elegant feel without breaking the bank. Jason was helpful and beyond accommodating the whole time. We paid for the vintage package, which gave us three days Friday- Sunday, as well as access to the grand room, club house, bridal suit, and the roof top patio (which was big hit)! I would 100% recommend this venue to any couple. I wanted to upload a ton of photos of the set up to give people an idea of what it could look like! If your on the fence about renting this venue, just do it, you wont regret it! Also there are so many great places to take photos around the area. I got married at The Vintage Grand Room last month, and my husband and I are so so happy we chose this place for our wedding venue! We had actually planned on getting married elsewhere, and shifted our plans to this venue, because of location, price, and how accommodating this owner is! We loved having the keys to the venue the day before because this helped SO much with set up. We had all our decorations up the day before, so that day of we could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the day! I also couldn’t imagine needing to clean up the night of my wedding, so that alone made this venue amazing. The lights they have set up inside create a beautiful ambiance and our guests kept commenting on how perfect the venue was! The rooftop patio is amazing too, even though it was chilly in November, we were able to take our photos on the rooftop bar and get some really beautiful outdoor photos. Jason was hands down the best to work with and very responsive when we needed something....

This space is beautiful! And so much room to work with. We are so happy we booked this for our wedding venue. Jason is so laid back and easy to work with. A lot of venues are very strict and have so many hoops to jump through, but we just got to come in and do our own thing. We got the space Friday-Sunday and for such a good price! I love the brick and hardwood floors in the ballroom, and the black and white checkered floors in the clubhouse. We utilized all the room and the rooftop! This is definitely a great venue to choose if you are on the fence about it! The only thing I was a little worried about was parking, but it ended up being okay!
