Papa's Smokehouse — Restaurant in Chehalis

The best BBQ I've found in the PNW in the over ten years I've lived here. I've lived in places like Texas, and have had BBQ from various southern states, and this place would easily hold its own if put up against places famous for their BBQ -- Martin's in Nashville doesn't even hold a candle to this food truck!

The brisket was cooked perfectly. Tender, flavorful, and a solid value on the sandwich. I also bought a half rack of ribs that were some of the best I've had in the past three decades! The beans and Mac n cheese topped everything off for a satisfying, "that hit the spot," finish.

Will definitely be putting Papa's Smokehouse in rotation on my family's...

Just got some for the first time today. Food was DELICIOUS, also food was done super fast. Not an overly large menu which makes it super easy to decide. Owner was super cool!

Pork was so tender, Mac n cheese had their own touch to it and the baked beans was awesome. The bbq sauce didn’t have too much vinegar in it which brought out the smoke flavor and juiciness of the main course.

Definitely will be a regular....

I tried the brisket BBQ sundae this time around. Yes, you heard that right! It was piled high with tender brisket and all the classic BBQ flavors, and it made for such a well rounded meal.

To top it all off, the prices were super reasonable for the quality of food you get. If you’re in the mood for some tasty BBQ, this BBQ truck is a must try. I’ll definitely be back for more.
