Starbucks — Restaurant in Chehalis

Place was clean and seemed busy, but I went in looking for some items to give our doggy daycare lady as a gift. I was looking at different items and I am sure looking very confused at what I was looking at. Never heard of a coffee press before until my boyfriend told me about one. So I went in looking at what they had. Not knowing what I was looking at. Not one employee asked if I needed help selecting anything out. I was there a good 15 minutes or more and I was walked by at least 3 times. I was so disappointed. It is no secret that I do not like Starbucks. However, a friend of mine broke down in the parking lot in front of Starbucks and she insisted that we have coffee at Starbucks. We went through the drive-thru and it was the most awesome experience that I've had at a Starbucks. The lady at the drive-thru window was very helpful in explaining to me all about what coffees they had because I have no idea about lattes and frappes and all that weird stuff. I stopped here to get a iced coffee and a cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich, the breakfast sandwich was great but I asked for a venti iced coffee and they gave me an iced coffee in a nitro cold brew cup, and that is only 16 ounces when I think of venti is 20. so I told the staff about it in the Drive-Thru and she said she'd have it remade. when I got the drink back it didn't have light ice it didn't look dark enough to be cold brew they just pour the drink into another glass and added ice.
