Be VERY wary! Sales tries to appear caring but is somewhat manipulative, delivery people deserve 5+ stars, the product deserves 3 stars and the company maybe 3. SALES: Most of MY problem is that I am a side sleeper with a medically bad back. Note! If you sleep on you back, this bed could be for you! First, flat out they say they are NOT allowed to EVER DISCOUNT any mattresses/beds. The guarantee to return in 100 nights or whatever is rigged on several fronts. One, I was literally chased out of the store when I told the sales guy my back and shoulders were killing me as the bed was so hard, (degenerative spine with every possible problem, fused neck, etc), and he said I needed to give it time and that he didn't want to hear from me or see me in the store for like 100 days. TWO: After paying over $6k for a queen mattress and adjustable frame, (the frame is quite nice), the $1500 frame is non-refundable so you are locked to them or loose the $1500. A bit out of order but the big sales point was sleeping cool, and how the different layers allowed air flow. A big problem is that to get the 100-whatever day warranty, YOU MUST HAVE A WATER PROOF COVER ON THE MATTRESS AT ALL TIMES and most people know sleeping on rubberized or plastic barriers is anything but cool. The sales guy also said that it was OK and that it was still cooler. Ha! The mattress also weighs a TON! MUCH HEAVIER than any other mattress I have ever encountered. Again, with a bad back, I can't even turn the queen mattress. Again, the sales guy said I didn't need to turn it. Trying to use bottom-sheet tensioners, I can't lift even corners. It is a heavy beast! Something that was interesting to note was that there was real silver printing on all the mattresses, and when I mentioned it, the sales guy just ignored me. If it was supposed to be a ground-plane, it was a first-class top. If it was more of an antimicrobial barrier, (like when pioneers carried water in barrels on their wagon, they would toss a silver coin or two in to keep the water bacteria-free), then again it would be top-notch! Because he ignored it so fast though, I must wonder if it was originally put on to help people heal, but later found out that there are some people that their skin turns yellow with too much silver exposure. The sales guy as I said was somewhat manipulative but he is a regular guy that sells anything and is just trying to hawk his product to live. As for the company, it must make money but they must have an honest strategy that works well for their customer, not one that squeezes money out of them in the fine print. Saving the best for last... The delivery people, men in this case. English was their second language but we communicated very well. They were intelligently happy, (not party happy), and we're ABSOLUTE MASTERS at their job. It was fun/joyous to be in their presence and were the best part, BY FAR, of my entire Mattress-Firm experience. They were so fluid, with ease of movement, and when the plastic was removed, (large if not huge), it seemed to magically disappear with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband and I stopped in to the Chehalis, WA Mattress Firm because we were so tired of being tired! Our mattress was beyond worn out. It was like trying to get comfortable in a body-shaped ditch! Balancing along the skinny edge with empty air on one side and the ditch on the other side was not conducive to a good night's rest. Inevitably, we would wake up in the hole, achy and uncomfortable. So when Tyler greeted us at the door, I think he could tell we needed help. (And a nap) He brought out 2 pillows and, after asking a few questions, had us try out a few different styles & brands. We really liked the posturepedic hybrid high point 14" mattress, and my husband was ready to buy right then, but I had sticker shock! It's been YEARS since we shopped for a mattress, and even then, we bought used because I'll admit it, I'm kinda cheap- much to my husband's frustration! So we told Tyler we needed to think about it and left. We went home, spun our old saggy mattress around, and tried to pretend it was better. But it wasn't. We were still miserable. So now fast-forward to Labor Day weekend. We stopped back in and were greeted by another salesman who quickly realized we were returning customers and got Tyler for us. (We were very impressed by the integrity of the sales staff for not "stealing" us when they could have! ) Tyler remembered us, and we told him we were ready to buy now! He helped us set up financing and delivery and even looked up any extra discounts he could apply! That was Saturday, and by Monday afternoon, we were in our room, laying blissfully on our new bed with the adjustable base- with me asking my husband, "see I told you we needed this, what took you so...

I highly recommend this place for your mattress needs. Even if you're not ready to make the leap on purchasing one, Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful. He isn't one of those pushy salesman that we all dread when we go into a store. I was definitely worried that would be the case when I went in recently. But color me surprised. My partner and I went in just to browse and get an idea of what we were in the market for. Tim came over to introduce himself and we explained what we were thinking of and what our budget was. He explained the different kinds of mattresses and showed us the more traditional cheaper mattresses vs the more expensive ones. Not once did he try and upsale us. He actually listened, which was refreshing. We took our time trying out the different styles and he checked in once in awhile, again, not pushy and eventually we settled on one. While we were looking he crunched numbers for us on total costs so we could compare and figure out what was going to be the best deal for us. Not once did he get impatient or act like we were an inconvenience. He explained our warranty and how to keep from voiding it. We purchased on Friday and we got the mattress delivered on Sunday. Delivery was quick, easy, and they hauled away the old mattress and box spring.
