Subway — Restaurant in Chehalis

Having my fair share of good and bad visits to subway I decided I would give this location a try. What a disappointment as this location will be filed under do not eat here unless you want to feel like your back in highschool. The two ladies were filthy, like they havent bathed or brushed thier hair in days. They were talking about a customer that just left and how she was dressed and what she ordered..While taking my wife's and my order they messed it up becuase they were too busy talking to each other to hear my response from their automatic questions. The attitude in a whole was unprofessional,snooty, and they gave off a vibe as if they were doing us a favor..Time to get some retraining about customer service. The food was ok but what a sour taste these employees left in our mouths..I am a huge proponent of buy local..but geeze this was crazy...Drive else where and...

It was an awkward atmosphere. They had finished up with 2 people ahead. They were doing online orders so we patiently waited. The male makes the sandwiches had sweat coming down his face... Which made me feel uneasy since he was making the food. He seemed stressed as well, dropping a meat container with a customer's order behind us and used the meat out of it after setting it on the line... Might need training on cleanliness and keeping the food clean from any cross contamination. On my sandwich the chicken was falling out and wasn't spread evenly through it. Just looked like it got slapped in the sand which with no thought. I get when you get backed up and busy but... Cleanliness, food preparation, and atmosphere are everything. Sadly we won't be stopping by...

I went here for lunch because subway is usually a nice fresh fast food option, however I was sorely disappointed with this visit. First the employees seemed miserable, unhappy, and couldn't manage a smile. Secondly it took not two but four additional people for the second sandwich artist to notice help was needed out front. Thirdly, the usually fluffy and golden Italian herbs and cheese sub bread was burnt and what most would consider flatbread rather than a sandwich. Finally, the workers seemed like they were barely able to communicate orders back and forth as if they were angry with each other. Go to any other subway...
